Chapter 7: Leaning In

Anna's POV

Today's the day,

The day I kiss the love of my life.

The one that makes me crazy.

The one that makes me want to take a bullet for her.

Brittany Snow.

I breathe in a slow deep breath and look around the set. We had just shot the 'other' ending. But me and the girls like to say the 'Straight' ending. 'Chloe' had just kissed 'Chicago' and let me tell you this. I haven't spoken to Brittany since our near kiss, but when she kissed him she had smiled and giggled, like she was genuinely happy. My resting face had permanently become a bitch face. I was pissed. So I decided that storming up to the director, and begging them for a Bechloe ending was a good idea to get rid of my jealousy. And after what seemed for hours of begging and crossing many lines and even threats, they gave in. I smirked as they told Brittany what would happen. She gave me a side glance as she began looking at the script. She then raised an eyebrow at the rushed ending. "This is very rushed, but to be honest, if you want my opinion, I think fans would like this ending much more." Brittany says patting the director on the shoulder, giving them a small smile.

"Okay.... get ready for first take! FIVE MINUTES!" The director yells.

Shit. I start panicking a little so I decide that trying to drink water while walking over to Rebel and Anna Camp was a good idea. Of course like the little idiot that I was I spilled some on my shirt from how much I was shaking. "Oh my god Anna! Sit down! Let's clean this up! We've longed for Bechloe, it's not going away now!" Rebel says enthusiastically. "Oh and just so you know." Anna begins, heading closer to my right ear. "I ship Sendrick." She finishes. I blush lightly as she smirks, sitting down and going on her phone, while also simultaneously drinking water. Wow, I couldn't even drink water out of a bottle and walk straight.

"Ready girls! On in 2 minutes! Stages please!" The director yells from the camera.

I gulp hard. Well this is it. The day I die, the day I have a heart attack, the day I will probably be terribly turned on more than ever before, the day I kiss Brittany Sn- "Anna! You with me?" Brittany asks coming up to me, giggling. That's the first time she's really socialised with me outside of camera. I snap out of my thoughts and head to the set.

We were outside, but instead of Chloe running into Chicago's arms, she's going to wait for me and pull me to some quiet area.

"Action!"

It cuts to me walking outside, following Chloe closely as Chicago waits for her outside of the door. "Hey!" "Uh hi, can I talk to Beca.... alone... please?" Brittany asks. Chicago nods hands walks off set in his.... army uniform. I scoff on the inside, he always thinks he's a real soldier.

"H-hey Beca can I do something?" She asks nervously.

"Sure Chlo! W-what is it?" I ask getting nervous as she looks at my lips, then quickly back into my eyes. "Okay please.... please don't kill me, I-I've wanted to do this since.... since I saw you at auditions...." 'Chloe' says leaning closer, inches away from my face.

My breath hitches as she gets even closer then I thought possible. "Just do it." I whisper breathlessly. I see the lust in her eyes as she smashes our lips together in a passionate kiss. I respond with a soft moan as she gently pushes me against the wall. She asks for entrance which I gladly permit.

It seemed like a thousand years but we finally pulled back. I look at her smiling. She smiles back and kisses me again. She interlocks our fingers as we walk out of shot.

"Cut girls! That was amazing!" The director says.

I go to look at Brittany to see her escaping the set and walking off. I go to follow her to see 'Chicago' on her tail, smirking. I'm just going to call him Chicago from now on, I can't remember his dumbass name anyway. "Hey Bri-". But by then it was too late. Chicago had literally attacked Brittany's mouth as he pushed her against a nearby railing.
