Destructions and catastrophes

Buffalo Grove high school has your typical high school scenario setting. With the jocks, cheerleaders, emo, normal, weird and etc.
This school was very competitive in its cheer, tennis, swimming, and lacrosse.

We entered the school making our way to our lockers while Charlie went with his friends, Lilli was rambling on about Jeffree Stars new palette and me just attentively nodding and saying my opinion here and there.

As we were both putting our things away we heard a loud hard bang on the lockers right behind of us. Lilli jolted and grasped my arm from the suddenly loud noise.

As I turned around I notice that a crowd had already started to form. From the looks of it, the guy was about to beat the living crap of the little freshman. I gave Lilli a look telling her that we should get out of the crowds. We don't want to witness and not be able to do anything about it.

As we started to leave the tall guy was about to throw a punch, but the like in every cliché the bad boy appears and the crowd parted like the Red Sea. Typical and cliche? Check. His heavy voice boomed across the silent halls. "Tsk tsk tsk, already causing trouble on the first day cousin? Your better than that."

They two boys chuckled. "You're right, first impressions are what count." He let go of the freshman but pulled him in and whispered something that made the boy turn sheer white with the words he was saying. I would be petrified if I was in his shoes. The tall guy spoke up, " Hello everyone sorry for the commotion, " He paused taking in the crows reaction. Everyone is just glancing at each other not knowing what to think of this or him . "My name is Miles Everett, I just moved here this week and I am a relative to this well known lad Mason Everett, anyways shows over and I'm outta here." He spun on his heel and the schools bad boy followed him walking to class.

I looked at the time it read 7:45, oh shit everyone is super late for their classes. "C'mon Lilli let's go!!!" she hurried behind me. "OMG Seline that Miles guy put on quite a show and he is super hot." Giving me dreamy eyes, I gave her a puzzled look. "It also looks like Buffalo Grove has not one, but two troublemakers." Shaking my head lightly. "Who cares as long as they're hot, right?" I rolled my eyes and walked into class.

Math is so much fun especially when it's the first class of the day. (Hint the sarcasm) All of the classes went by like they do everyday. Dreadful without a path. I mean school is really boring and they don't teach us life lessons. But that's just my opinion.

Lunch time finally came, I sat at my usual table which is in one of the corners. Waiting for my usual group at lunch to come I take my lunch out and start eating. As I'm eating I feel this very unsettling feeling. As if someone watching me, staring me down and it was unwrecking. I noticed that no one is sitting at my table. Where is everybody? I take a moment to look around the cafeteria and it seems like everyone is in a doze and getting hazy.

A few people started to fall from their seats or from they where standing up. What the hell is happening. I instantly take my phone out to call Charlie. No answer. I call Lilli, after 3 beeps she answers. She's coughing frantically and she's trying to speak but the words don't come out. "Tell me where you are so I can go get you what's going on?" There is an unsettling pause on the other side of the line. In a mere whisper, I hear,"Stuck in the elevator, " "I'm going to get you hang on." I tracked Charlie's phone he's right behind me.
I turn around and see him he looks scared. "Charlie what's wrong?" He took a very visible gulp. "Someone is intoxicating the school with chemicals form the chem lab."

He took some masks out and threw one at me. My face full of disgust. Who would do such a thing. "Lilli is stuck in the elevator, I know you don't want me to but I'm going to go get her." He sighed and looked at me and ran his hand through his hair," I'll go with you."

I shook my head and started heading toward the elevator with Charlie at my side. Charlie grabbed my wrist and stopped me in front of the supply room. I gave him a look. Boy is my brother a smart cookie. We gathered supplies with us incase we might need them and off we go.
