Grant POV I get up early so that I can go get the roses from Jeff, Colton's husband. I head to their house and to get the roses then back home. I set the roses on our kitchen counter and wrote a note. I then made some breakfast her and of course me to. I went to our room and she was still sleeping. I go up to her and kiss her lips lightly but enough to wake her up. She opens her eyes and she smiles. God I love her some much. "Happy one year anniversary Candice I love you" She smiles and replies, "one year down baby I love you" she pulls me down for a kiss that we melt into. "Come on lets go brush our teeth so that we can eat" After we brush our teeth we head to the kitchen. She covers mouth and almost cries, then she reads the note and she bursted into tears. She jumped on me and started peppering me with kisses, " I Love You So Much" She finished with a kiss. I smile and we begin to eat. " Baby for hiatus I got the perfect place to go!" "Ok grant where to next" " Paris" "really?" "Yes" "when are we going?" "In two days." "Really for how long?" "Yes really for two weeks." "Oh my god best present everyone." "Yea" One day later Candice POV Grant is starting to act weird. When I kiss him, he cuts it short, barely talks to me, and barely even looks at me. Is he... no he would never do that, but what if he is cheating on me.
Airport "Babe what's wrong?" "Nothing Candice I am fine" he said seriously. I sleep throughout the 13 hour flight. We landed and then went got our luggage. Then we checked in our hotel. He got one of the prettiest and nicest hotels ever. We enter and he goes and puts our luggage in the room. "Thank you hon" I said and he shrugged it off. He went directly into his computer and started working. I went to bed, he then came but did not face me he faced the other way and slept. I cried myself to sleep. I wake up and he is not there. I check the rest of the suite but nothing. I am myself a bowl of fruit and some popcorn and went back to room and I started watching some movies. This went on for the next three days. I hardly went outside and he was always outside. On the third day I had enough, when grant left I packed some clothes and started to make my way to the airport. As I was walking through the lobby, I dropped my passport. Both a stranger and I went to pick it up. When I looked up it was Grant and he asked, "where are you going?" I replied seriously "back to America" he was confused, " why?" "Because I can't be here anymore." "Why" "because you are cheating on me" I let out a sob " ohhh baby no no no I am not cheating on you I was like that because I thought you knew." " knew what" "Well it isn't a surprise now but I am planning a nice date night" I sniffed "really?" "Yea nice and romantic date" I got up and kissed him "let's take this up stairs" he said
The next day (proposal day) They wake up happy and then they ate. Enjoyed their day until 4pm so that they can get started on getting ready for the date.
