6) Shopping Woes

Mall

Luna- I have my fingers tightly entwined with Colby's.

Colby- Luna and I slowly follow the crazed girls around multiple clothing stores. (Sighs Heavily)

Luna- Not only was I beyond board, but shopping in general just grated on my nerves.

(Target)

Katrina- We've been to multiple clothing stores and got little too nothing from each one.

Devyn- I hold up a dress. "We can pretty much tell that you despise shopping, but you really need clothes...so what do you think of this?"

Luna- (Shrugs) I didn't see the point in waisting the time nor energy.

Scotty- (Hums Thoughtfully) "I know I'm going out a limb here, but Luna isn't all for shopping because she was probably never given the chance. She was also probably never given the chance to have anything solely as her own. It would probably make her feel more comfortable if you guys just picked everything out and stopped asking her opinion, either way she'll wear it...it's what was beaten into her."

Corey- Scotty suddenly got deep. "Damn dude."

Kristen- "You'd at least tell us if you liked something or not right?"

Luna- "I'm really not picky and I've acquired the same style as Colby."

Katrina and Devyn- "Alternative!" What she said is very helpful.

Kristen- We spend the next hour picking out clothes for the introverted girl.

Elton- After paying for Luna's new wardrobe, we finally go to a furniture store.

(IKEA)

Scotty- Walking around the furniture store. "What exactly are we looking for?"

Heath- "Bunk beds, another desk and dresser...preferably all black. Also a black throw rug and sheer curtains." Then I list off a bunch of little things both Colby and Luna need.

Elton- (Chuckles Softly) When Heath has his mind set to something, it was hard to change it.  "Are you two okay with that arrangement?" We all look at the twins.

Colby and Luna- (Nods)

Sam- We easily find everything and too mom's specifications.

Scotty- After getting everything payed for and loaded into the vehicles, we head home.

TFIL MANOR

Heath- Once home, I give the twins a pointed look. "Stay out of the way while they put the room together."

Elton- With the help of Scotty, David, Toddy, Alex and Jay we get the twins room set up and properly organized.

Jason- While everyone was at home working on the twins room, Trisha and I snuck out.

Trisha- Normally we'd be spoiling our own kids, but we felt the need to spoil the Brock twins especially Luna.

Jason- We return back to the manor, gifting the girl with her very own electronics (Iphone, iPad and laptop) The look on her face was priceless and it was all well worth the money spent.

Later That Night

Colby- Luna and I finally head up to our bedroom, slamming the door shut behind us.

Luna- (Growls) "I swear to God if I hear one more thing about an article of clothing!"

Colby- (Chuckles) "The woes of shopping..."

Luna- (Rolls Eyes) Getting changed into a pair of pjs, I climb up unto the top bunk and cuddle beneath my covers.

Colby- Laying beneath the covers in my bunk. "Hey Luna?"

Luna- (Sighs Contently) "Ya?"

Colby- "Do you think you'd ever get use to living here? Like fully being comfortable with being with a pack?"

Luna- I bite at my bottom lip in thought. "Honestly brother I don't know. I was supposed to grow up in a pack, but was sold to another and abused by those I was meant to trust. You are the only family that I could ever truly be comfortable with and really I don't know...I have no idea what it's like in a pack, to know I if could live happily."

Colby- (Hums Softly) "I have faith you'll be just fine."

Luna- (Laughs) "Oh shut up Colby!"

Colby- (Smiles Brightly)

Elton- Heath and I check in on the rest of the pack, then the twins. "Hey you two..."

Heath- (Chuckles Softly) "Goodnight."

Colby and Luna- "Goodnight...."

3rd Person P.O.V- A good and quiet night it is, though too bad those left in the past has ta come back and attempt to fuck up this families future. Fate doesn't like when her Moon Children are fucked with, cursed or not. The battle about to take place isn't going to end well for the rouge Alpha and Beta pack, they are about to learn that the world doesn't revolve around them, nor are they getting away with defiling one of TFIL's beloved pack members.
