Chapter 2 - Dhexa

Im Dhexa Zeus 18. Being the youngest my siblings always making fun of me and teasing not that Im weak though others were afraid of me being the godess of death and destruction im very well powerful inside and out. im outstanding in fighting. But still not having a mate has been quite an issue for my family for some quite time now. I have many suitors but the one that stand out among them is Noris Fran. He was the prince of the dark elf and the captain of the soccer team. Almost every girl in the academy is dying to date him but still he always insist to court me even though Im always cold towards him he always been there. My family used to think that maybe my mate has died from the war or something. Being a godess you can actualy find your mate when you reach the age of 11. But as for me its been 7 years and still i didnt find my mate. Sometimes Im wondering also if he still alive.

School starts a week from now and for sure Im going to be busy again from all the lessons. but something was telling that this school year will be something different.

As for school Im the president of the student council and the headcheer learder also the representative of the Light Realm ofcourse one of the most popular girl in the realm.

We have 5 realm but only 4 realm try to co exsist with each other. Night Realm is basically all the vampires. Moon Realm are the werewolves. Light Realm consist of all the fairies, angels and the gods and godess. Mystic Realm consist of all the other creatues like elves, water creatures, witches. And last are the Reptilia Realm. This realm is secluded to all the rest. They were all the basilisk and dragons are. They were the ones who always brought war to us. but its been 50 years aince the last war. and were hoping that they give up on war. They want them to rule all the realm and every creatures will bow to them.

Now i was just sitting in the garden when a sound of a cough starteled me. when i turn my head to the direction were the sound came it was my father.

"yes father? do you want something?

"i just want to talk to my youngest if thats alright? my father smiled.

"oh father your more than welcome to join me here. he sit beside me and turn his gaze to the sky.

"how are doin? i hope everything is fine? hows Noris?

here we go again. I know were this conversation is leading again.

"Im fine father. Noris is fine also but i havent talk to him in a couple of days.

"oh, why my dear? is there something wrong with the both of you?

"actually no father. were fine but i dont want him to get his hope all up. besides his not my mate after all and i dont want to hurt him bu giving false hope. fathet i try to like him but still theres something missing and i dont feel like i love him. i like him for sure but only as his friend. i hope you understand.

"i know my child. i know believe me. im just worried that your waiting for someone that will never come. sometimes we only have 1 mate even he or she died no one will come but some has a second mate. but its veru unusual for a god or godess to have 2 mates. i just want you to be happy.

"i know dad. but i still like to wait. if i reach 20. maybe its time for me to settle and have a fix marriage. thats my deal to you. but for now let me enjoy my time. you have my word father. and i will put it to formal in a couple of days. I will just thinka of all the terms i will put and also given i will be the one announcing it and also ill be the one to chose for my husband. as i said those words a smile formed on my fathers face.

"ofcourse my child. its all up to you and we will never interupt. i just want you to be happy and be love as you deserved. i leave you now. i have something to do. goodbye my child. but that he kiss my temple and leave me.
