Part 1: The Brilliant Prince

(In case you haven’t seen my journal about them already, than welcome to my next mini-series. In this one, you are the son of Leo and Kamui and the oldest of their kids, Forrest and Kana being your younger brothers. This will be set in the SAO universe. What your family does will be explained in a later chapter. And of course, Yuuki Konno is your ship. ((And she is not dying either.))

(Third person)

It has been a little over a year since Yuuki’s operation and realise from the hospital. She was finally able to live the life she wanted, even if every so often she had to have a check up, just incase. Since then, Yuuki had lead her team, the Sleeping Knights, through the many floors of New Anicard, with of course help from Asuna, Kirito and their team.

And it is wear we find them now, on floor 51. Right now, the Sleeping Knights were working their way through the dark and swampy woods. The low light was a bit hard, hence why Yuuki and Nori were up front, since they were like lanterns of the group as of the moment and of course the poison. The murky waters had a poison effect that whittled at their health, so when they got to dry land, Siune was healing them up and realpying them with a anti-poison resistance, but that didn’t last any longer than ten minutes.

“Hold up.” Yuuki raised her fist and the group stopped. Yuuki looked up and frowned at the still lack of light. The thick branches of the woods above still made it hard for any light to cut through. “Yuuki, the enchantment is about to wear off.” Siune said. “I know. I know. I am sure there will be some dry land just through that next patch. We just have to keep going.” Yuuki said, smiling as she as she began to wade through.

“You sure?” Jun asked. Yuuki stopped and looked back at her team, peace sign flashing as she smiled. “Have I ever been wrong?” She asked.

Just then, a huge explosion shook the the area. Yuuki and the others looked around as they heard something roar. “Come on!” Yuuki waved as she charged forward. “Yuuki wait for us!” Talken said as he and the others chased after their leader. Yuuki ran through the woods, slicing past the brush until she came upon the battlefield.

There, several of this floors special enemies “The Faceless” were fighting a group of three.

The one causing most of the explosions was a blonde boy in black and gold light metal armor. He had on a small purple cap that hung over his shoulder. Strapped to his side a sword, but he seemed more concern with buring the faceless way, given the book in his hand. His head was also adorn with a headband to keep his hair back.

The next one looked younger than they fire slinger. Her hair was a light blue, curled into swirls, a pink beret on top. She had on a light leather like armor that was also a few shades of pink and white, a small freal hanging of the back and ended down to her knees, looking like the back half of a skirt. In her hand was a staff, but, which she set off every so often to keep her teammates alive.

Finally, and the youngest was a boy with gray messy hair. He wore a lighter version of the older boys armor, but with a few more open joints, and no boots strangely. He a also had a small purple cap that was tattered at the ends, while also supporting a dark blue scarf around his neck. He was using a sword with a gold color scheme, and purple gems on the blade, close to the guard.

The two DPSers of the trio were cutting and burning Faceless right, left and center. Only stopping for a brief moment to get a quick healing before rushing back out. Yuuki watched the fight for a moment, until she saw one of the Faceless popup and was about to hit the fire mage. She dashed in before the fist landed and sliced the undead in half.
