A few hours after that, we went out to get breakfast, we went to Ihop. We sat down in a booth.

(So, I've never been to Ihop, but I assume this is how you order? ~J)

(R) "Hey..." I said with a soft voice, Link stayed quiet.
(R) "Look, I understand this is hard but, she's not taking those kids, and who cares if you're divorcing her" I grabbed his hand and held it
(R) "This is a new chapter for us"
(L) "I'm not sad that I'm divorcing her, I'm sad that I might lose this kids"
(R) "Trust me you won't"

The waitress came over

(W) "Are you ready to order?"
(R) "Yes, I'll have the chicken and waffles, french fries, bacon, hash browns and uh Pepsi is fine" I've always had a big appetite
(W) "Okay, and you?"
(L) "I'll have the full stack original pancakes, onion rings, mixed fruit and a Pepsi please."

(I really hope I'm getting these right lmao ~J)

(W) "Will that be all?"
(R) "Yes"
(L) "Yeah"

The waitress walked away and I went straight back to Link

(R) "And listen, now that you're getting a divorce maybe this can be more"
(R) "Maybe the next ring on your finger will be mine"

Link face turned red

(L) "R-really? You been thinking about that?"
(R) "Of course"
(L) "Y-y-you wanna marry me?"
(R) "Yes"

Link blushed and giggled

(R) "I love you"
(L) "I love you too"

The waiter came with our food, we both said thank you and started eating.

(L) "You ordered so much"
(R) "I'm a big man" I said with a mouth full
(L) "Pancakes are still better than wafflesss"

I laughed.
