Vicky Ventura was the fastest street racer in all of East LA. She could beat any guy or girl who had the nerve to actually challenge her. In the streets, people had dubbed her 'la diabla' because she drove as fast as the devil.
But in order to race, the young latina steals cars due to not having enough money to pay her rent, her electric bill, and her food for the week.
The brunette was one of the slickest people in Southern California. She'd been able to paint graffiti on buildings and hotwire cars without ever getting caught.
That is until one night, while the brunette was walking around Hillrock Heights, an attractive, black, 1969 Dodge Charger catches her attention. Vicky thought it'd be great for her upcoming race and tries to break into it until she's caught red handed by the one and only Robbie Reyes.
