Cassandra looked out the window and sighed. The doctor recently told her cancer has grown and she only had months left. Tears threatended to spill out of her eyes. She didn't want to die. She was only 10. Still not tall enough to go on the roller coaster. To young to order from the adult menue. But I can't think like that, Cassandra thought. Tomorrow she was going tp see her best friend and tell her the news. And when she did see her she would whisper a promise in her ear and ask her to keep it. Live on for me.
