Girls Night

third person pov:

          It was late and the girls were getting ready to leave the set for the evening. They had decided to go out for a girls night to celebrate because Sasha had informed them that her long time boyfriend Hudson had just proposed, and she accepted. Shay was the last one out because she had spent way to much time pondering her thoughts in her dressing room. She had never felt such anger and jealousy in her life. She knew that Sasha and Hudson were dating, and she was alright with that because she had to be. No one knew that She had feelings for Sasha, mostly because she was afraid that those feelings would not be returned. They had kissed on set, and she was sure that Sasha was just following script, but for her every kiss she shared with Sasha was more real than any kiss she had ever shared with anyone else. Part of Shay knew that she had no right to be jealous or angry. Sure she loved sasha with all of her heart, but if she was too much of a coward to act on it all these years then she had no one to blame but herself. She had decided that it was now or never. Sasha may have said yes to Hudson's marriage proposal, but she had not walked down that aisle yet and if there was ever a chance for Shay to win her over, it had to be tonight. 

          The girls met up at a little bar in the woods off of some dirt road in the middle of nowhere. They loved this bar because when they just wanted to relax and have a good time then they could because no one recognised them there. As soon as they walked through the door Troian and Lucy hit the books to find a song as it was karaokee night and they loved to sing together. Ashley made her way to the bar to order a drink and proceeded to flirt with young buisness man sitting there. Shay decided she should find them a table and sasha went straight to the bathroom to call Hudson and let him know that she was staying out with the girls tonight to celebrate. 

Sasha pov:

Hudson: Hey babe, its getting late. Is everything alright?

Sasha: Yeah, everything is fine. I told the girls about the engagement today and we decided to do a girls night to celebrate. I think we are just going to stay in a hotel close by to be safe because we are going to have a few drinks. I just didn't want you to worry.

Hudson: Alright then, have fun and be careful. I will see you tomorrow evening. I love you. 

Sasha: I will, I love you to. Bye.

Hudson: Bye sweetie.

          I fix my hair and touch up my makeup a little becore exiting the bathroom and locating the girls. Troian, Lucy and Shay are at a corner table in the back. I wonder where Ashley could be? I scan the room and see Ashley at the bar working her moves on a good looking buisness man on the stool next to her. I just shake my head, giggle a little to myself and head over to our table. "Hey girls, sorry it took so long." .."It's fine Lucy and I picked a song and Ash seems to have gotten distracted." Troian says pointing nonchelauntly over to the bar. We all laugh at the comment because Ash tends to be easily distracted most of the time anyway. "So who wants shots?" Shay says looking around the table and pausing her gaze on me. Goodness, that girl takes my breath away. She doesn't even have to try and still she manages to make everything in the world pause and for a moment it is only her and I. I have been in love with her since the first kiss we had on set. But no one could ever know that. It would make work awkward because Shay would probably hate me for feeling this way. So I started dating Hudson a while back, He was like a best friend, so it had to be safe. I have grown to love him more over the years. But no one could ever hold a candle to the way Shay makes me feel. I just wish things would have worked out differently. Still, there is not a chance in hell that I would ruin our friendship at this point. I may be marrying Hudson, but my heart will always belong to Shannon Mitchell and I need to keep her in my life. Even if that does mean just being her friend. Besides, I can't break Hudsons heart, he has been so good to me. I made a promise to marry him and I intend to keep it.
