You stand up and lean over to the bed and hug him kissing him on the cheek smiling
B"I'm so glad your awake your family they were visiting but they went back to the hotel earlier because Isla fell asleep on my lap"he smiles
JA"how are they..my family"you smile still hugging him you climb into his bed and sit next to him
B"Isla she cried for hours until I took her to the cafe to ge some hot chocolate and biscuits and Ava she was sad she cried then I told her you would have wanted you to brave and she stopped crying and was sitting next to you holding your hand smiling and Sydnie well she was very stressed she just sat there with her head in her hands until she left your mom told me that she was happy I stayed with you and we talked about stuff"he looks at you not looking away
B"what"you say laughing
JA"your the best"he says hugging you again you smile
B"thanks I'm going to call your family now and tell the doctors you are awake"he nods and you walk out the room
You call the family and tell the doctors he is awake the run to his room while you go downstairs and wait for the family
When they arrive Isla runs up to you and you pick her up spinning her round then you put her on your hip and go to Jacks room
You all talk for hours laughing
Eventually it gets late
KS"right kids we better leave now"she says to Isla and Ava
Sydnie had gone out to get some coffee for you and Jack and herself
AV"I don't want to go mom I want to stay here with jack"
KS"please Ava"she sighs and hugs you and then hugs jack who kisses her forehead
J"bye Ava love you"your heart flutters the way he is such a sweet boy to his family
AV"bye Jack see you tomorrow "she says pouting he smiles
J"for sure stop pouting before your face gets stuck like that"he says laughing she laughs to you smile
IS"I'm staying momma"she climbs on Jacks bed falling on him after standing on his legs

KS"no Isla out can't we need to go back now"
IS"mommy please"she says rubbing her eyes
KS"no isla we don't wanna be late and not be able to get a taxi"
IS"but Jackie"she holds him tight crying her eyes out it breaks your heart
B"um Kristin could Isla possibly stay and come back to Christina's house with me for a sleep over"Kristin smiles
KS"that is so sweet but you don't have to"
IS"yes it's down thanks mommmy bye"Jack laughs and Kristin glares at him jokingly
KS"wow Isla thanks for being so sweet"she says laughing Isla climbs off jacks bed and hugs her mom and kisses her on the cheek and then climbs onto your lap and rests her head on your neck and grabs hold of jacks hand
KS"Ava do you want to maybe stay tomorrow night"her face lights up
AV"that would be lovely thanks Bella"she hugs you and so does Kristin then they boy hug jack again and leave
Jack looks at you smiling
JA"you are the best Bella"you shrug
B"no really"
IS"hey Bella are you hungry your tummy is moving"she says looking up smiling you look at her with a straight face then you start to smirk
B"yup I really am maybe I should go to the doctor and cut of his perm and eat it for noodles"Isla and Jack both laugh
IS"yummy noodles"
JA"ok remind me never to get a perm or let you hang around with anyone with a perm"he says laughing you tilt our head looking at his face
B"but Jack you would suit a perm"he pouts
JA"well I don't know"you burst out laughing
B"jack you could rock any hairstyle"he smiles you both look down he reaches his hand and he holds you and Islas hand you all sit their in peaceful silence

16 minutes later
You finally break the sweet silence
B"Isla I'm just going to the toilet do you want to sit on jacks bed"she stays silent her head still on your shoulder while she sits on your lap
B"Isla?"you stand up a little bit and she is asleep she moves and still asleep you lay on Jacks bed he looks up
B"I'm just going to the toilet"he nods and looks down at Isla and smiles

Jacks POV
She left to the toilet
Isla moves in her sleep and then sits up
IS"Jackie"you smile
JA"what's wrong Isla"she smiles hugging you starting to fall back asleep
IS"I love Bella"she says before falling back asleep
JA"me to Isla me to"you say sitting back a bit
After a couple minutes Bella walks back in
B"jack?"you look up at her
JA"yes Bella"she smiles and looks at Isla
B"I think I should take Isla back but we will comeback early tomorrow"you nod smiling
JA"of course"she walks over and picks Isla and puts her on her hip she stirs in her sleep
B"Isla sweetie say bye to jack"Isla looks at you with tiered eyes
IS"bye Jackie see you tomorrow love you"she kisses you then lets back resting her head on Bella's shoulder
B"night jack see you tomorrow"you smile she comes closer and hugs you then walks to the door
JA"bye Bella love you"she turns back with the door slightly open
Wow jack you don't say that she doesn't even like you
B"love you jack see you tomorrow"she says then walks out you smile to yourself then turn your TV on and watch family guy

Bella POV
I drive back to Christina's house glancing at Isla every now and then
You walk in the house and hear talking for the living room
B"shhhh"you say a head pops out Corbyn he smiles then sees Isla
CB"you adopted a young kid"he says you laugh quietly
B"nope she is Jacks adorable little sister"you say looking down at her Corbyn nods and Christina comes out and sees Isla she hugs you a little then smiles at Isla
CH"aww she is adorable"you nod
B"I know right"you start walking to the stairs
B"I'm going to put her in one of the spare rooms I'll be back in a minute"they nod and look each other weirdly you shrug and walk off
You lay her on the bed and kiss her head and smile then you head half downstairs
You enter the living room and see all the girls you hug them all then you groan
B"what are they doing here"you say annoyed
CH"they came to see you but you weren't here so I told them to leave but they insisted they see you"you nod
B"so what is it you want"
JM"well we wanted to say sorry"you scoff
B"don't say that to me say it to Jaof who is in a lot of pain you could have killed you know how stupid you are oh and Zach don't even think about getting back with me cos after that little show it will never happen"you say smirking they both look down
ISA"right then let's watch a film"Isabella says you laugh and sit down there wasn't enough room for everyone so Kylie sits on your knee whilst watching the film
After the film end you all head upstairs you share a room with Maddie and Kylie and Isabella share the other spare room as Isla is in the other one
You both lye in bed on your phone looking at each other now and then and you both burst out laughing for no reason whatsoever
