Don't, please don't say it,

it wasn't meant to be this way.

Way back when I was young I knew,

knew it was you, but now I have nothing to say.

                               ~

My heart you have broken,

broken, the shattered pieces scattered across the floor,

floor on which we made love, in happier times,

times change so quickly now I can take no more.

                               ~

Yet here I am listening,

listening to your pathetic apologies,

apologies that run no deeper than your skin,

skin which use to fuel my needs.

                               ~

Just you go,

go find another soul,

soul that is innocent,

innocent unlike mine, which has become lost in a endless black hole.
