Juliet Sanders P.O.V
Love is something magical.
It's something unexpectable and beautiful,
But this beautiful thing can also ruin you,
It can hurt you like you've never been hurt before,
It will lead you to fear, heartbreak, anger and hatred.
Love can influence you in a good way or in a bad way,
Depending on what life throws at you.
Today is the first day of school, and just like always I throw on my sweats and top. I stopped trying to impress the guys in my school. What's the point anyway? They're all just stupid jerks who will end up breaking your heart. They are so not worth my time. I felt my phone vibrate from my sweats' pocket. It was from my best friend Jake:
You better be ready strawberry, pick u up in 5
I went downstairs to grab some breakfast and packed my lunch.
"Hey, weirdo, what's for breakfast? Im hungry." Jake said as he walk in my house.
"Good morning to you too," I replied. "Ever heard of knocking?"
"What's that?"
"Agh." I rolled my eyes at him.
Jake is my best friend ever since elementary school. He was always there for me, protecting me and saving me. He's there when I need him and I can always rely on him. He's popular with the girls in my school. As you walk by the halls with him, you'll see them drooling over him. I wouldn't deny it but he is pretty attractive. He has the deepest blue eyes I have ever seen, the softest brown hair and a very fit shape for a teenage boy.
"Can't take your eyes off your attractive and hot bestfriend?"
I rolled my eyes.
"You know you like it"
"Haha. Very funny."

Jake and I separated after getting to school. He went to his locker while I went to the Principal Office.
"Hey Juliet," Ms. Eviela said, "Nice to see you today. How was your summer?"
"Amazing, how was yours?"
"Fantastic! My family and I went together to Disney Land and my son had so much fun. It was just great. I would have invited you but seeing as you're always busy with ---"
"Juliet," Mr. Sanchez called out, "Come in."
As I entered the Principal room I noticed a boy sitting on one of the chairs in front of the desk. He was taller than me for sure, brown hair with an athletic build. He's probably one of the jocks.
"Juliet, this is Stefan Grey," Mr. Sanchez introduced. "Stefan, this is Juliet. She is one of your classmates since both of you have the same schedule. Juliet I hope you make Mr. Grey feel welcome to the school. If you don't mind I would like you to give him a tour around?"
"Sure, I don't mind."
Stefan Grey P.O.V
"Juliet, this is Stefan Grey," Mr. Sanchez introduced. "Stefan, this is Juliet. She is one of your classmates as both of you have the same schedule. Juliet I hope you make Mr. Grey feel welcome to the school. If you don't mind I would like you to give him a tour around."
A girl was standing next to me who seemed to be around my age. She has long brown hair, brown eyes and is average height with black glasses on. She looks plain and boring.
"Sure, I don't mind."

"And this is your locker." She said. "Tour's over. Have a nice day!"
Not long enough, there are jocks near my locker. The girls were flirting with me the entire time, while the guys were trying to encourage me to join the basketball team. They took me to their table and gossip about the people in the school. The girls tried to tell me what the other 'average' people's status are. Finally we got to Juliet Sanders.
"You see that girl over there?" Sophia asked while pointing at Jules, "She used to be one of the popular girls in the school."
"Until a guy broke her heart, ever since then she hated and despised men. In fact, she can't even get along with them at all." Annalisa added.
"Except for her best friend, Jake Woods, of course, one of the hottest guys in the school."
"None of us get why he keeps on hanging out around her."
"Like she's too plain and boring and nerdy it's like she doesn't even have a life."
"Her entire world revolves around like school and school only."
"OMG, I know right!"
"Us guys," Ryan said, "Never want to be near her. She'll get annoyed then get you in trouble!"
"Sounds like a challenge," I said while smirking. "Watch and learn... In just a week, she's going to be falling heads over heels on me!"
