The dorm was quiet, as I slowly opened my bedroom door, carrying my phone for music. I sprinted down the stairs and into a practise room, plugging my phone into the speakers and making sure the volume wasn't too high before I started dancing to all of the songs, trying to perfect every move. I kept slipping up, no matter which song I tried. I eventually dropped to the floor, sighing and breathing heavily. I heard movement.
"Suho, why are you spying on me?" I asked, out of breath, as I looked at the doorway, where Suho was indeed standing, looking worried.
"Why are you doing this to yourself, Mei? Stop pushing yourself so hard." He walked over and sat next to me. "You're perfectly talented." I sighed, burying my head in my legs, which were curled up to my body.
"Maybe so. But I'm not as talented as Xiumin." My voice was muffled.
"Mei, don't say that." Suho was scolding me slightly. He sighed, then knelt, pullling me to him. "You're just as talented as him. You're just pushing yourself too hard. You'll hurt yourself."
"And I wont get hurt if I have a 'laugh' with you guys?"
"Baekhyun was out of line. Way out of line. I was going to scold him, but he never reappeared after what initially happened." Suho sighed, making me look at him. He leaned down, about to kiss me. "Mei, I swear that if you don't try to be who you're not, and don't push yourself, you'll always me amazing."
