Chapter 6- Surprises

 As we walked into the store Andrea insisted that we went to get our hair done.'Im gonna die my hair darkkish red, what are you gonna do?' Andrea asked me as we walked into i think Smart Style. 'I dont know what do you think i should do?' 'I think you should die it black.' she said.

*AFTER THE MALL VISIT*

When i got home from the mall with Andrea i went upstairs. I put my 10 bags of stuff that we bought today and placed them on my bed. I only spent $150 today so we could still go shopping again. I decided to go into the bathroom and admire my new look. Andrea was right, I did look really good with black hair. I dont know what Acacia was talking about, Andrea is really nice and i feel like i can trust her, shes the 1st person i told my story to. She promised she wouldnt say anything about Leah until I decided the time was right. 

I grabbed my bags and put them all in the middle of my giant room. I poured all the clothes out of the bags and hung them up. I pulled off my flats and grabbed leahs sweatshirt and pulled off my dress and slipped that on and fell asleep right when my face hit the pillow. I was so exausted

I woke up and looked at the time, it was 7:45. OH MY GOSH! im gonna be late. I ran into my closet anbd grabbed my black long sleeve crop top with a black and white patterned skirt with black ankle  heels and a feather necklace with black sunglasses and slipped those on and ran into the bathroom. I was taken back for a second because of my hair, then i remembered yesterday. I hope i dont start to regret dying my hair, but if i do it wont happen soon, cause im loving it. 

I quickly brush through it and put it up in a messy bun and brushed my teeth and fixed my makeup then ran out and grabbed  my backpack, Jess wasnt there so neither was his car, i look at the time and it is now 8:15.!!!CRAP!!! i ran downstairs and grabbed an apple with my black beanie that Andrea gave me. It said 'FLAWD'. I loved it, she said it was from her 'not yet popular' clothing line. 

I opened my front door and it was POURING RAIN !!!!CRAP!!!! I opened my hall door and the umbrella was gone. 'ARE YOU KIDDING ME' i said out loud.

I just grabbed a coat and put it over my head and walked out the door and locked it. I was about to grab my penny board and realized i forgot it it Andreas car when we came home last night we decided to grab our penny boards and head to the park to ride around a bit to talk. thats why i got home so late last night.

I ran out and started walking figuring that i would be late anyways, I was looking down and saw bright lights and a horn. I looked up and jumped out from the middle of the road. I got back into the middle of the road because no one barely ever drives on this street. I was walking when i bumped into someone.  'Oh my gosh im so sorry' 'No problem' a vey familiar voice said. I looked up and saw Sam.

'Oh Hey Sam.''W-what did you do to your h-hair' 'I went out with Andrea yesterday and we went shopping and i thought it would be a good time for a little bit of change and dyed my hair black' 'Why do you not like it??!!' i asked him, No i like it, it looks good on you'. 'thanks' i said looking down. He pulled my head up with 2 fingers.

My jacket fell off my head.GREAT now my hairs gonna be ruined. As he pulled my head up he cupped my face in his hands.'Whats wrong, Mel?' Kian asked me. 'Nothing, Really,' i said back to him.He pulled my head torwards his and kissed me, he actually kissed me.

Here i am ,standing here with one of the cutest boys ever, a boy who could have anyone he wanted at that school,let alone his girlfriend, kissed the awkward new girl who only wants to fit in. Just now i realized that i am doing the one thing that most girls want or wished could happen/happened to them. Im having my foirst kiss in the rain, i know what your thnking, "but didnt you have a boyfriend", yes i did, but we never kissed, he said he didnt like me like that, he only wanted someone to make others jealous, and i didnt try to break up with him because he would hurt me.

That when I realized i was kissing my first friend boyfriend, so i pull away and right when i pull away.....  I woke up.
