"You don't look so good," Zimo said, appearing in front of Shuzhen as he stood by her locker.
"Chunhua kept me up all night talking about her new obsession," Shuzhen muttered, putting her books inside.
Zimo raised his eyebrow, "Chunhua's back in town?"
"Yeah," Shuzhen replied, seeing Xikan walking inside the school, "And her brother. Hey!"
Xikan waved at them and walked closer, "Jie, here's your phone."
"Thanks, Kankan,"
"Well, I need to head out now before Lifen jiejie sees me," Xikan said, turning around.
"Why don't you want Lifen to see you?" Zimo asks, curious about the boy's actions.
Xikan groaned, "She's going to baby me again and believe me when I say she treats me like I'm her younger brother."
"Didn't Lifen had a crush on you once?"
Shuzhen closed his locker, "That was old school. Back when we were - I don't know, 15? Then she started calling him her baby. Lifen doesn't have any sibling so he sees Xikan as his ideal brother."
Xikan nods, trying to get it out of his memory, "Well, I have to go now. See you at home jie. Nice seeing you again, ge!"
The two watched as Xikan hurriedly walked out of school, not even looking back.
Zimo turned to face Shuzhen, "Anyway, did you bring the wig?"
"Yeah, it's -" She was about to hand it to him when a girl came up to Zimo.
"Hi, Zim Zim," The girl said, obviously flirting. She touched Zimo's arm and the boy just let her. "Are we still up for tonight?"
Zimo smiled back, flirtatiously, "Of course. I'll pick you up."
The girl then winked and said her goodbye as she ran away, back to her classroom.
Shuzhen crossed her arms, "Are you using girls to forget Mingzhu?"
Zimo smirked, "I need to have fun, too. Now the wig,"
Shuzhen felt herself getting annoyed so instead of handing it to Zimo with her hands, she threw it in his face.
Making him cough up some of the hair that went inside his mouth.
"Thank y-yoh!" Zimo exclaimed, still coughing.

"You look like someone who's been rejected," Shuzhen heard a voice from behind her and found Yanchen standing there, holding Mingzhu's bag.
Shuzhen offered a seat to him on the bench, "Is it that obvious?"
"Or I just figured it out since we used to date. I can read you pretty clearly, Li Shuzhen." Yanchen states, sitting down. "What's up?"
Shuzhen shakes her head, "It's nothing. I'm just being silly,"
"It's about Zimo, isn't it?"
The girl almost choked on her own saliva, "W-what are you talking about?!"
"Ruibin might've told me," Yanchen grinned, "But don't worry, he knows how to keep a secret."
"He just told you! How is that, keeping a secret?"
"I'm hurt, Shuzhen." Yanchen put a hand on his chest. "Don't you trust us?"
Shuzhen gritted her teeth, "Not even one bit,"
Yanchne stretched out his body, "Since Mingzhu's still on a meeting and it might take a while, you wanna talk about it?"
"I'd rather not,"
"Aww, come on, Shuzhen, you can tell me anything," Yanchen said, showing his sincere face.
Shuzhen can't help but smile in return, "I'll tell you when I'm ready."
