Chapter9:Under the pale Moonlight

After the exhausting and meaningless mission. Seras was a board and a bit uneasy about this mission. She made her way trough the Hellsing residence and made her way up to the balcony. She saw Alucard sitting there with his coat over his bare chest with white bandages over his wounds.

"Master." Said Seras in her innocent voice .

Alucard turned and looked and Seras.

"Evening Police girl." Said Alucard looking at the stars.

Seras noticed Alucard's bandages which was weird because Alucard felt no pain most of the time and heal extremely fast.

"Master why are you bandaged up?" Asked Seras.

"As weird as it sounds that blade that Lucil had really hurt and really did some damage, how she was able to get ahold of such a powerful weapon such as that blade." Explained Alucard.

"Do you mean a kind of vampire hunting weapon." Asked Seras.

"Yes. Only three have made back in the late eighteenth century. One was destroyed,one was taken and one was lost." Explained Alucard.

"How you think she received such a powerful weapon master?"

"Beats me. I can only guess that she stole it from somewhere or someone."

Seras looked up at the stars and tried to comprehend what Alucard had explained.And what Lucil has said to her earlier. Seras brokethe silence
"Master."
"Hmm?" Replied Alucard.
"I-if you don't mind me asking . Who is Lucil?" Asked Seras unsure if her question should have been asked.
Alucard looked away from the stars to the lawn. After a quiet moment he responded.
"Where do I begin? Long ago when I moved from Transylvania to England I would walk the streets of London looking for a drink. One night I was previewing an Opera that was being preformed. I saw from a distance a women. That women was my first love. "
"First love" that was what shocked Seras. It stuck with her and she didn't know why that had stuck with her.

Alucard continued on " I went to meet her. She was with her father her husband and her friend Lucy. We talked for a bit . Her and I , her husband John and her friend Lucy chimed in with Mina's conversations but I didn't even realize it. Later on that night I couldn't keep away. I watched her from away. I sneaked in to her room and with out thinking and hesitation I fed off of Mina. Or so I thought I fed off of Lucy. I wish I didn't do it I was a fool." Expained Alucard.

"So. Is Lucy the same person as Lucil ." Asked Seras.
Alucard nodded .
Seras's emotions were all over the place within her mind.
"I'm going to feed I'll see you around Seras." Alucard said
"See you later master." Said Seras trying to hide the the emotion in her eyes.
Alucard turned his at Seras, and he smiled at her. Not Smile full of insanity and blood rage. But a genuine small smile.
Seras was in awe. She grinned back to Alucard. When Alucard was off the balcony she let her mind run free questioning and thinking about what Alucard has said.
Seras said to herself "why do I have this feeling. Like my heart is fluttering? Come on Seras get a grip Alucard is your master. Your his puppet nothing more."
Seras looked up at the star and sighed "why can't this feeling go away." Seras said with doubt. Seras knew her heart was traveling down a dangerous road full of anxiety and sorrow . The worst part of all is that she can not do anything about it.
