Chapter 2

This chapter we follow the live of Kaitlynn Demart

3rd person view:

Wes walkes into his room and sees Kaitlynn sitting in a chair witch is placed in front of the big window. She is packed in a winnie the pooh blanket she got for her 3rd birthday, she is 19 now. She has never felt so down. Wes knows that when she has her blankie something is bothering her, and right now he knows exactly what that is. He hangs his jacket on coat rack on the wall and walks over to her. When he stands right before her ,blocking the view out the window, she doesn't even look at him. Kait... Wes tries. Nothing. He pulls her out of the chair and goes sit in it himself. Kaitlynn looks at him and he sees the hurt in her eyes. He pulls her onto his lap. She turns her face towards his and looks him in the eyes. She is slowly letting down her walls but still keeping them up. Wes dicides to give her a little kiss on the nose and smileys at her. She lightly smileys back at him and then looks out of the window again. She will be back before you know it. She turns her face to him again. How do you know? What if she dies? You know how many people come back from there missions Wes. Kait, you know everyone has to do atleast one mission if they live her right? Yes Wes i know, I have lived here all my life. Kait, she will come back many people do. Yeah, and do you know how many people die there? Yes, i know kait but you need to believe in the right thing. If you believe in the worst thing it will come true. But what if i believe that she comes back wes? And then she doesn't. If I think that she won't come back and she does it will be a huge releave. Kait, stop this! You know better and you know that! She will come back! She looks out of the window again. Alive or dead Wes? Wes sees a tear run down her cheek. It hurst him to see his girlfriend like this. He stikes a tear away from her cheek and at that moment her walls fall down. All the tears she has been holding in all the time are running down her cheeks. He is one of the only persons who has seen her cry. After a minute of letting her cry she stops and takes on her strong side again.

I need to be strong for my family she says to herself and a little bit to him. I know Kait, but does that mean you have to lie to yourself? My family means everything to me Wes, so yes. He looks at her in disbelieve. I need to, they are so weak at this moment. There need to be one strong person in the family. She is the only sister i have left Wes. You don't understand this but my family lost to many people already. Kait, I don't even have a family anymore! Yeah and thats why you don't get it. He looks at her and stays quiet to let her talk again. Listen, when Sarah died my whole family didn't came out of the house for a whole week. She was almost home, save. My mom and dad where not even talking to anyone. Then they finialy talked again and 5 months later my brother died. His dead was way harder because he had a wife who was pregnant. After his dead she dicided to move out of Tecktonic for her child. It was sutch a hard time for us. Not only losing my brother, but one of my best friends and my cousin. And now Caroline. They can't handel this Wes. I didn't know how to act then, what to do or how to be happy at that time. But now I know that I can only help if I stay strong. Caroline was one of the only ones who really understood me in my family. And now I will maybe never feel her arms pulling me in a hug, her voice wispering my name if she wanted to talk to me about something when our family was with us in the livingroom or her head on my shoulder when we had a movienight. She will maybe never suport me again, understand me again or help me. Kait, and she starts crying again. Wes pulls her into a hug and holds her tight. You want me to take you home? NO! she almost screams. I can't go home like this. I can't see them yet it will brake me apart. Tomorrow we will go together Wes says as he looks her in her beautifull blue eyes. Ok, can i sleep here then? Ofcorse you can, you don't have to ask me that. At that moment she starts laughing. What Wes asks. Nothing just that I'm not sleeping with you tonight. And what does you think i would want to do that? Because your my boyfriend duhh. And they begin to laugh. Nobody understands there humor together, but they understand. O, I didn't know I was your boyfriend wes says after laughing. Shut up mister funnypants. Looks who says it. I'm not a mister mister. Ha yeah. 

All of the suden she stops laughing and looks sirieus at him. But Wes, tell me she will be back. He looks wierd at her. Please, for me? Ok, she will be back again. Promise me! I can't because I can't control what is happening there. PROMIS! Ok, ok i promis. Good she says and kisses him. She walkes over to the bed and lays down. In a minute Wes hears snoring.
