Ya, it's always been a fantasy of mine to work at Starbucks, it's not just because of him I swear. Anyways I was scrubbing the tables when suddenly Joy walks up to me.

"Hi! I'm sooo glad we got to meet! My name's-"
"Joy, right?"
"I'm sorry..?"
"Joy. Your name is Joy."
"Yes, it is, and I wanted to let you know that I'm super excited to be working with you."
"Wish I could say the same, Joy.."
She pouted her lips, and raised her eyebrows as I walked away.

Gotta admit, I felt pretty bad. But I kept reminded myself. ( shut up. She's just a stupid girl trying to get in between me, and Charles )

While I was reading, I outside, while smoking, I heard the loud, old door creak open. It was the blonde haired snake. She peeled her head through the crack of the door. "Me and Charles are going to Taco Bell, wanna come? It'll be fun."
I was about to say no, but something made me change my mind. "

"sure, but I'm not going alone."
"Oh that's fine, and by the way, I will pay don't worry about it."
"I won't" i mumbled.
"What was that?"
"Nothing."

I call up my best gay friend. Aaron.

( He's really hot, and has a personality like woah. But he's gay sooo.)

"We are going to Taco Bell.."
"What time."
"Lol, she texted me right now saying 5:30."
"Is she paying?"

Me and Aaron got to the Taco Bell. Joy and Charles were already ordering.
"Morgan!" Joy cried.
"Let's just find a seat"

"So, what do you two want? Charles asked."
"You. Aaron said"
What?"
"Supreme Burrito"
"I want a Crunchwrap supreme, mdw blast."

"So who are you? Joy asked Aaron"
"I'm her boyfriend..who tf are you bitch?"
"Umm..Joy, Charles girlfriend"
"Mhm.. okay."

I sat in silence..awkward silence.
"Dinners here!"
We ate our dinner and talked about the usual.. we especially argued about the Yanny and Laurel thing.

When I got home to my apartment, I went to bed straight away. I belly flopped onto my bed, thinking about today. "I didn't even get to talk to Charles that much.."

Most of the time me and Joy were getting along pretty well, I still can't believe we did. Her and I are opposites, plus, I was always so jealous of her.

It wasn't fair how pretty she was, she had perfect skin, perfect body, and the most beautiful smile. She was everything a guy could want, there was no way Charles would choose me over her.

Me and her had a great night though, I still can't believe how stupid I was for complementing her and talking with her more than I did with Charles.

She was nice back though, but who am I kidding, she probably is just doing that to impress Charles.
