We proceeded to walk back to our dorm that was crumbling apart. Our breath was showing in light fog that floated towards the stars. Lucy shivered as she furiously rubbed her fingers together as they turned a slight blueish color. I was debating grabbing her hand. I remembered the incident from earlier her eye, that wasn't normal. I let out a shaky breath.
To hell with it.
I grasped her hand clamping my fingers around hers, a spark of electricity jolted throughout my body, my free hand trembled while my knees locked in place. Lucy stopped and glanced at me, her innocent expression was beyond adorable. I blinked i can't be thinking like that she, she isn't human, she isn't human. She ISN'T human.
the words were stuck in my brain... but neither am I.
I didn't want people knowing I was demon, let alone the son of Satan. I understand where she is coming from but the whole act is getting to me. Or is it not a act and im hoping and praying that there is someone else like me in cram school, not human.
I felt a body lean into mine, breaking my concentration. Lucy was snuggled against my arm, enjoying the heat that radiated off of me. A smile crept on to my face a genuine one. we walked in comfortable silence until we reached the dorm building.
Her hand left mine and she scrambled to get inside the building. My heart skipped a beat once she let go, I instantly wanted the contact to come back.
I stopped in place watching Lucy open the door, but she didn;t close it instead she peaked her head out gripping the wooden door a goofy grin across her face.
"Want to watch a movie"? There was a hint of playfulness tinted into her soft voice. I smiled before running up to her.
"Sure". An emotion flooded across my body something I wasn't familiar with, friendship, no that couldn't be it I already experienced that with the people in the Cram school. My heart beat became faster a light blush dusted my cheeks.
Am I in love with Lucy.
