"And 5, 6, 7, 8.. left right up down, tuuurnn around... Y/N?" the dance teacher looks at me while all the other girls in the practice room keep dancing, I stop.. I know that I have to show everything I have but I just can't, I'm out of breath and need water now.

"Y/N, this isn't the reason you passed the auditions, you should show more of yourself and not be that stiff" Mr. Lee says and I know it's true, if I want to turn out as a solo artist I should at least show that I really want it.

"I'm sorry" I say quickly and join the others again, ugh I feel I'm not dancing the right thing, dancing is just not my thing, I passed my auditions because of my vocals and rapping skills.
That's something I like way more.

After training I walk out of the practice room and put in my earphones, sitting on the table all by myself waiting for the next training, vocals, I can't wait, those are my favourite.

"Oh my god, Wanna One and Pentagon are here right now!" I hear through my earphones but I don't really care, they're big groups but I am not here for them.

Everyone looks at one point, I can't help but look too, a bunch of guys walk in the building, woah..

"Is place taken?" A girls voice asks.
"Oh, no.. you can sit down if you want" I say not looking at her.

"Ugh are you also into those people?" The girls asks and I then turn around looking at her.
She has blonde hair and her makeup is on point.
"No, it's just that everyone was looking so I wanted to see what it was." I say and she nods slowly.

"They both just had their comebacks and everyone loves it... I would lie if I said that I don't like it but all these girls just want to be friends with them so their career can be better later, I hate those people" She says.
"I'm Soyeon by the way" She smiles and I smile back.
"I'm Y/N" I say back and we talk further about what we think of being a trainee and stuff like that.

A couple hours have gone by and it's finally evening, we have 9 hours before out next lesson.
I grab a good book and decide to read it outside on the bench, I sit down and enjoy the sound of the city while reading my book.

The next day starts with vocal lessons then dance.

As expected I really loved the vocal lessons.
But then dance practice came.

"Y/N, We (The staff and mr. Lee) Talked about it and if you want to keep being a trainee you have to take extra lessons of dancing outside school, we didn't want to let you stop because you are an amazing singer and rapper, but you need to be better at dancing to debute" Mr. Lee says the second I walk into the practice room.

"Umm, Okay that's fine" I say, how bad can it be?

That evening it already started, lessons we're done, 10 hours before next lessons.

I will have 2 hours each day extra classes of dancing.

I sit down on the floor drinking some water and putting my hair up in a bun.
Then someone walks in.

"Good evening mr. Lee" I say bowing but when I straighten my body again I see that it is not mr. Lee.

It's a young boy of my age.
"Oh sorry I thought you we're mr. Lee" I bow again and he smiles bowing too.

"I'm Kino, nice to meet you" He says.
"And you are good at dancing?" I ask and he nods.
"I'm the main dancer of my group so I hope so" He laughs awkwardly.
"Omo you're in a group?" I ask interested.
"Yes, I'm a part of Pentagon" He says making this sign with his hands.
"Awesome" I say and he smiles.

We start the lesson.
"No no, you have to keep ur back straight, like your head is linked with the sky through a ummm... well just stand straight" Kino laughs and I do what he says.

"Like this?" I ask and he nods.
"Perfect, now keep your body like that doing the dance I just showed you" he says and I look up, shit.. I forgot what he showed.

"Umm what was it again?" I ask and he giggles, he shows me and I join him.

"Yeah you need way more practice, tomorrow I have to oractice with my group too so I will teach you with 9 others if you don't mind" He says and I nod.
"It's all for the best, am I right" I say and he nods.

"Well then I'll see you tomorrow I guess" Kino says
"Yeah ofcourse, see ya" I say grabbing my stuff wlaking out of the practice room.

"Oh and Y/N, I know you can do way better then you showed me, don't be to afraid to show it" I hear Kino's voice and turn around to smile before leaving for real.

I didn't expect him to be so nice to be honest.
I walk to my down and see my roommate already sleeping, I lay in bed too and fall asleep fast.

The next day went by pretty fast and before I knew it the extra lessons started again.

I sit on the floor waiting for Kino, then 10 boys walk in, well.. run in, screaming and making weird sounds.

"Ayoo who's that?" A tall boy asks and they all look at me.
Oh right Kino would bring his members.

"Hi I'm Hui" A boy walks up to me and shakes my hand.
Not much later everyone does what he did.

It's quite awkward but they seem nice.
"I'm Y/N" I say.
"Pretty" The tallest says and smiles at me, I smile back.

"Let's start practice, shall we?" Kino says and they all stand at their place, I just join them somewhere in the back.

"Y/N, Just follow our steps, and remember what I said yesterday" He says looking at me through the big mirror, I nod and they start to dance.

I try following their steps but it just won't work, I sigh deeply.
One of the boys, I guess it's E'dawn comes up to me and smiles.

"Look it's more like this" He tells me and takes my hips to let me move right, I feel this really awkward thing in the air, I close my eyes trying not the get red.

"Good job" He says and stands at his place again.
I do it again and actually feel that it works, I smile satisfied at how my body is moving.

"Ok, practice is done, see you tomorrow Y/N" Kino says and everyone leaves.

I grab my water bottle and clothes.
"They like you, I can tell by the way they act around you" Kino says and I laugh.
"Probably not lol" I laugh.
"Don't be so insecure, Wooseok and Yeo One just came to me asking if they could join us tomorrow too, I said I will ask you first" Kino says and I am surprised by that.
"Well, it's fine, the more people the more joy" I smile and he nods.

"okay then we will see you tomorrow" He says before leaving.
