As we sat on the bus bumping up and down, I pouted half way through before giving up.

"Do you even like her? I'm just asking."

Phil laughed softly and put his hand on my cheek, turning me towards him. "I'm dating her, Dan."

My cheeks went completely red and I started laughing nervously.

"That doesn't mean anything. Just because you date someone doesn't mean you absolutely love them."

Phil laughed. "What are you trying to say? Are you jealous, Dan?"

I snapped back into reality and pushed him away. "I'm not gay." His eyes widened and he put his hands up as if I were a police man with a gun.

"Whatever you say." I couldn't help but break into laughter because of this idiot.

I smirked, "Do you want to hang out sometime?" Phil smiled at me and nodded yes. "I have nothing better to do."

He took out his phone from his pocket and handed me it so I could put my number in his contacts.

"Great. Can we hang out this Friday?" I smiled and practically begged him with my eyes. "Sure. Send me the details soon."

The bus doors opened and he got up to leave. "Bye, Dan." I waved at him as I smiled "Bye, Phil."

Nothing could top the happiness I feel.

The next day, I shot up from the bed a minute before my alarm clock went off.

Tomorrow me and Phil hang out and I am just so exited.

I put on some Wait A Minute! - Willow Smith, and slid to the bathroom.

I got the tooth brush and used it as a microphone as I started lip-syncing to the song blasting from my room. I started dancing a little as I brushed my hair.

"Dan?!?" My mother shouted from the kitchen.

 "What?!" I shouted back.

"Turn that down you twat!" I groaned and ran to my phone displaying the music, I turned it down from five bars to about three bars.

"Mom, that was helping me get ready this morning!"

I heard her laughing from the kitchen, "You're such a loser."
