" Hey Betta! "
I looked up and there was my best friend haven . Haven is the kind of girl that strikes
arrows into everybody's hearts, with her doll shaped face and her golden locks falling softly to her lower back Haven was the kind of girl a thirteen year old is supposed to be even the boys fall to their feet ( especially my twin brother Aaron who tries to hide it but it's so obvious )
" Hey haven ,how you doing"
Looking at me and haven you would never expect us to be best friends, we're she's outgoing and interactive, I'm secluded and quiet ,with her pouty lips and cornflower eyes, I'm a glasses and oversize clothes kind of gal
" nothing much ,me and the girls were wondering if you want to hang out for a bit"
When she says the girls she's talking about herself , see I'm the schools freak or geek however way you put it , unlike my twin brother who is popular with the boys I'm basically nothing , just an outside picture.
I look behind her and to see the three girl : Steffy ,Piper and Holly who are the popular girls
"Come on Have, she obviously doesn't want too come leave her to her books since their obviously her only friends!" shouted Piper ,the two girls snickering  behind her.
" don't listen to her bets , you now your better than that anyway are you show you don't want to come" Haven said her eyes practically begging
"No it's ok I'll see you later"
" Ok , call me ok "
"Never miss it" I said waving after her
After a few moments of reading i heard a few voices and when I looked up there were a whole  field of people formed in a ring which meant that there was a fight going on. When I tried to get a better look I heard Christine (one of my class mate) run towards me
" BETTA!! "
When I faced towards her she said the last thing I expected to hear
" A....aaa..ron .....fighting" she said while panting
"Woow slow down and take a deep breath"
She did what I  told and said " Aaron and Austin are fighting "
Just those words caused me to sit up "What!"
" Aaron and Austin ar-
I didn't here the rest of it since i started sprinting towards the crowds of people, when I reached there i pulled myself into the middle while people where saying stuff like
"Ow! Watch it freak!"
" Ah you bitch! "
"Fuck!"
" Sorry" I repeated , when I reached the middle i saw Austin and Aaron throwing fists at each other "STOOOP!!!!!!!" the two of them paused and looked at me since those were the loudest words I've ever produced
" get out of hear freak no one wants you here " Austin said
"Yeah betty get out your not part of this" said Aaron
"Yeah freak gettout of here ,no one wants you!" Said some people
" Yeah! "
While Aaron was distracted Austin used that time to throw a punch in his direction then I saw red, something happened to me that day that was out of my usual behaviour I'm not sure if it was because of the nasty comments or the bullying but watching my brother get beaten up on the ground brought a whole different side of me I barely knew.
While everyone was distracted with the fight i started removing my glasses and tying  my hair back with a few strands remaining, i slowly made my way to the middle of the crowd and before Austin could throw another shot i grabbed his wrist and held it.
" Hey you freak get  of -
But something in my expression must have set him off because the fear behind his eyes
was obvious
"He...he.y calm down ok no one was getting hurt it was all for fun and games yeah"
That sentence alone caused my eye to twitch
" Fun and games I see , so you won't mind if i do this? " my voice was so low i could barely recognize it and with all my strength i flipped him over on his back as if I had learnt years of karate ( which is considering since I'm the lowest scorer in gym)
and he landed with an ufff .
There were multiple gasps in the field even my brother was shell shocked then as if nothing happened I slowly put back on my glasses and made my way back to the bench were i was before and started reading my book again during the whole thing everyone was staring at me as if  I had grown two heads with their mouth hanging open .

Ever since that day nobody dared to pick on me again and me and Aaron basically became inseparable after that , we were named the misfits twins even the teachers were a bit scared of us . Aaron would get in trouble and I'll be the one to always get him out of it and we would switch roles all the times I even considered changing my look which also added to the whole effect and stuff and ever since that day nothing has ever been the same.
