Narrator POV

Ellie had a pleasant night.She woke up at 1 am.

On the other hand Fred didn't get a bit of sleep since he worried about how snape maybe torturing lucas.Draco did worry about lucas but his 'pureblood' mind kicked in and told him that lucas deserved whatever was happening to him.Lucas slept in the Gryffindor boys dorm.

Ellie POV

I woke up at 1 am like I always do but I just remembered that I don't have chores.I feel bad that professor snape is taking me in and I didn't do anything for him.I'll clean the house and breakfast ! I went and looked at the refrigerator for ingredients to cook with and all I found was small bottles that looked like potions.Did this man ever eat at home?I guess I'll have to get the ingredients from the main kitchen if they have one.

I went to the bathroom since it had a lock on it.I put on a new special undershirt, blue chinos, a black shirt and my favorite red/green sneakers under my robe.Why do wizards use robes? They don't help in fights since it like a dress.

I got out of professor snape house with Ari.We were walking when we saw a toad coming our way.I picked it up so it can be safe.

"Are you lost?"I asked it."No, I just like picking on my owner" the toad said.If toads could smirk,this toad was just doing that.

Soon a boy came running our way.He had a round face and was looking around as if he lost something.

He soon saw me."You founded Trevor!" he said came to get his pet."You should keep a eye on him." I said as I was handing back his pet.

"Hi I'm Neville Longbottom." he stated."Lucas Evans." I replied with a smile.

"Aren't you the boy who didn't got sorted in the four houses?What going to happen to you?" he asked."Well, I didn't get sorted in a 'real' house so I have to live with a teacher.Do you know where the main kitchen is,if they have one?" I said nicely. He nodded."I just came from there.Do you want me to take you there?" he asked.I nodded.He just saved me hours of searching.

"What are you doing at this hour since not many people are up." I asked him.

"I woke up to to drink the glass of water that always near our bed but mines was empty so I had to go to the kitchen to get water.I got lost but the paintings showed me.When I got back,trevor was missing and this leads to now.And you? " he said. 

"I want to thank professor snape for taking me in so I going to make him breakfast." I replied.He seem to go pale when I'd mention professor snape.

" Professor snape as the professor snape every student scared of?" he asked with fear in his voice.I nodded."I heard that he hates to anyone who not from his house." neville said. "You can't label someone like that if you don't know theme.I met him for 2 minute and he does look scary but he sound nices." I said hoping that neville stop being pale.He nodded and we came to a big door that was behind a fruit bowel painting.

Neville POV

We were in front of the main kitchen."Let go in." I told him.He nodded.When we got in we saw many house elves cooking.

Suddenly a house elf came out of thin air."How can Hokey help master longbottom and master evans?" hokey asked. "I need 4 eggs,half of green pepper,green onion and salt also pepper.Can I also get a pan and a spatula and a knife.Can you put all of them in professor snape kitchen?" lucas listed."Also can I get a few crickets?" lucas asked.Hokey nodded and left.

"You're not going to out crickets in the food? are you?" I asked him.

He laughed "I just met the man.I'm not put cricket in his thank-you breakfast.The crickets is for my pet chameleon,Ari." lucas said as he pulled a chameleon out of his pocket. I'd only nodded.

Hokey came back and told lucas that all the things he wanted were at professor snape kitchen and told us it early."Thank you hokey.You are a great help." lucas said with kind smile.Hokey started to cry, "No one has been this nice to hokey.".Lucas nodded. We both left the kitchen and were about to depart. "What house are you in?" he asked."Gryffindor" I replied. He instantly smiled."I am going to be setting at you table for the term and can you sit next to the twins or ron?" he said.I nodded. "See you later." he said. I feel happy that I just made my first friend.
