Carrie POV
Grayson and I are going on a date tonight. We're going to the beach where we first met. I walked over to the closet and picked out the cutest outfit. Outfit is shown above^^^ I received a text a couple minutes later saying
Grayson: on my way💕
Oh crap. My hair is still soaking wet wrapped in a towel, I'm not dressed, and I'm a nervous wreck. I quickly get dressed and blow dry my hair. Our houses are like 30 minutes apart so he should be here in 20. I grab my curling iron and frantically wrap strands of hair around it. I grab my makeup bag and do some light waterproof makeup since we're probably going to be swimming. I heard my phone buzz from the other side of the room. I run over and see Grayson texted me "I'm here bby"
I walk down the stairs and open the door seeing a smiling Grayson with a dozen red roses. "Awwe babe." I say kissing him.
"Let's get going while the sun is still shining." He says enthusiastically. We walk out the door over to his car.

We arrive at the beach and the sun is setting. "It's so beautiful." I say as I am blown away by the suns beauty.
"Not as beautiful as you." Grayson says making me blush. "I love it when you blush." "Are you trying to embarrass me?" I nervously laugh. We've been dating for 8 months and I still get butterflies.

TIME SKIP

I run off the blanket into the ocean while Grayson's chasing after me. Obviously he's much faster than me so when he catches up he picks me up and spins me. When he puts me down I wrap my arms around his neck. His face starts to come closer to mine and before I knew it our lips were touching. It felt like an eternity of beautiful sparks of fireworks going off. As I was snapped back into reality I was being pulled away by the current. They were so unbearably strong. Grayson tried to hold on to me but I couldn't be held. Before I knew it I was being held under the water by the strong waves. I try to kick up but my foot is stuck in a plant. I use all of my strength but it won't budge. This is it. This is the end of my life. I never though it would end like this. I feel arms being wrapped around me trying to pull me up, it's Grayson. I try to kick away but it's still too strong.
Grayson's POV
While were kissing I feel carrie being swept away by the waves. I try to grab her but the waves are too strong for me. I call her name but not answer so I five under the water and I see Carrie stuck in a plant. Immediately I dive under the water and start pulling on her. My attempts fail and I feel her squeeze me.
Carries POV
I stop kicking and give up. I squeeze Grayson using up all of my last energy. Then I feel a burning sensation in my throat. I know it's my time and I give out.
