||Nine|| The Castle Gates

Y/N, ALONG WITH the king and his band of knights, approached the towering golden gates in front of them.

The solid gold bars reflected the sun's setting rays causing a blunt and almost blinding light to shine in their eyes.

Y/n ran her fingers along the smooth metal surface, this gate looked a hell of a lot stronger than any other she has seen before.

"So how do we open this gate then? It does look a little too heavy for us to push."

Jungkook leaned over to Taehyung and Jimin, discreetly whispering instructions to them both.

"Pretend to help Y/n open the gates, just let her have her fun and I'll open the gate after."

Taehyung and Jimin nodded and shuffled over to Y/n who stood in deep thought on her own.

Yoongi yawned loudly, he hadn't been able to nap in ages and it was definitely taking its toll on his body.

"Your Highness just open the gate please, I haven't slept in ages and I feel like collapsing right now."

Jungkook snorted and laughed incredulously at Yoongi, no way was he about to open the gate for him.

"Yoongi Hyung, I'll open the gate when Y/n has tried a couple of things, I don't want to spoil this adventure for her. Besides, I'm sure you'll survive a little bit longer, you are one of my best knights."

Jungkook turned his attention back to a very confused Y/n along with his other two knights, who quite embarrassingly were equally as confused.

"I don't know how to open it! Jimin should captain this operation since he clearly likes to be in control!"

"Tae if this is about our little trip up the mountain I told you I was tired oaky?! Just let it go please I feel all guilty now."

Jimin lowered his gaze to the ground, and sticking out his upper lip into a cute pout he kicked a few loose rocks.

One of which managed to lift high enough to snap a very sleepy Yoongi out of his daze.

"Shit that hurt! Jimin I will end you when you least expect it you little midget!"

Namjoon and Jungkook grabbed one of Yoongi's arms each and restrained the now fuming knight.

By god you could practically see the smoke blowing out of his ears.

"I'm sorry Hyung I swear it was an accident!"

Jimin cowered in pure terror and ran to seek shelter behind Y/n.

Yoongi sighed and loosened himself out of Namjoon and Jungkook's tight grip.

"It's okay Jimin, you can stop hiding now."

Jimin slowly crept out from his protective space behind Y/n and rushed to grip on to a bored Taehyung.

Y/n giggled and turned her attention back to the gates.

"Any ideas guys? Tae? Chim?"
