The light peeped through the painted glass.
"This one was boring" John thought to himself.
He rested his head on his folded arms on the backof the bench in front of him. John tried to rest as he heard the faint droningof the priest at the front of the church.
It's been a while since John attended the funeral of one of his projects. He always enjoyed the look on the faces of the family, gave him inspiration for his next one.
"I'm sick of this" John got up and started to leave, on his way through the door he reached into his pocket and dropped a picture of the departed covered in her own blood.
"That ought to liven things up"

John got into his car and drove out and left the church grounds then drove south on the main road until he came to a plaza. He parked the car at a local bar that was littered with scattered Pan Jerk Sellers and got out to the sound of music.
"Now this is my scene"
He walked over to a van that was loaded with coconuts and purchased two. John always enjoyed the simple things in life, it seemed to calm him in some way.

John spent hours at the spot, by the time he got in his car it was the middle of the night. As he sat in the car, he thought back to the funeral earlier that day. He thought of the woman that he had murdered, the look on her face as he took her life.
"It was too quick this time" he chuckled
He merged into the traffic line and made his way home. He pulled into the drive way and put the car in Park. As he entered the house he began to think of his next project and how to go about it. He got into bed without removing his shirt nor his pants, "should it be a girl or a boy?".
He drifted off trying to make up his mind.

Next morning, John woke to his daily routine. He got up, shrugged off his clothes from the previous day and made his way to the bathroom. John placed his hand in the water gauging the temperature, he left the bathroom as the water warmed and switched on his radio and sauntered back into the bathroom to where the water ran boiling hot. He stepped into the water and felt as the water scorched his skin, John screamed in pain as the water randown his back and his legs. He knelt there gritting his teeth in pain as he let the shower run. Three minutes in, he became accustomed to the temperature of the water and managed to stand. He took his rag and gently rubbed it against his skin, John noticed that blisters had formed on his skin due tthe heat from the water.
"I got it" John smiled "I know my next project"
John rushed out of the bath and got ready for the day, jumped into his car and sped to his local spot to choose the next candidate.

It was his first day, and he was anxious to impress. Daniel was a First Year Student at the City Community College and had heard of the new Ethics professor. He was told about how this new professor was one the best and was eager to see if it was true. Daniel jumped out of the taxi that he had taken from his community and was about to cross the road only to be greeted by the blaring of a car horn as it flew past him.
"Damned idiot" he cursed
He regained his balance and skipped cross the road. "Daniel!"
Daniel turned to see a short figure run towards him. It was Camella. Daniel stared as Camella ran to him and the short distance between them seemed to have turned into an eternity as Daniel watched the curves on Camella. She was an amazing woman, she had a short frame that was complemented by her noticeable curves. Daniel usually told himself that God himself had carved out Camella while everyone else was done by some random angel.
Camella jumped into Daniel's arms as high as her 5'1" body would go. Daniel caught her around her lower back and spun.
"Hey Camella" Daniel said putting her down "How long has it been?"
"Not as long as your face makes it to be" Camella looked into Daniel's eyes and smiled "You've really grown"
Daniel wasn't that tall, he wasn't even that much taller than Camella, but he was attractively built. Daniel was about 5'7" and wide in the shoulders. He had a very round face and a firmly set jaw that looked like it was carved from stone. Daniel looked into Camella's eyes and felt a pang of regret as he remembered how great they were together. Daniel used to date Camella, but had broken up with her as his parents was forcing him into a profession that required he stop seeing women for a time.
Needless to say, Daniel didn't complete the course and did not pick up the profession, but Camella had moved on. In Daniel's opinion, she moved on quickly while he sat mourning the relationship for about a year. Daniel flashed back into existence and realised that Camella was looking at him concerningly.
"Daniel, you okay?"
"Yea, I'm good" Daniel blinked back the memories into his mind. "How's the boyfriend?"
"He's okay, not in the country at the moment but, okay. I'm planning to go up to the States and stay with him" Camella smiled "God I love him"
Daniel shook his head "Then you should hurry and go"
Daniel walked with Camella through the school gates and onto the compound "Have you heard of the Ethics Professor?"
"Nope" Camella responded uninterested
Daniel looked at her and noticed that she was glued to her phone speaking with her boyfriend Stephen. Daniel hated the thoughtof Stephen kissing and touching Camella. Daniel cursed himself for ever listening to his parents. "Camella, I'll talk to you later" and with that Daniel ran off to class.

Daniel ran through his day without much of a hassle. He understood all that was needed and knew he could easily manage the workload. The final session for the day had come and it was the class that Daniel was waiting for the entire day, his Ethics class. Daniel made his way to the designated room and decided to choose a seat that wasn't too far back but not too close to the front. He didn't want to seem too eager or too nonchalant. As soon as Daniel had settled in his seat the door swung open showing a man in his late 40's greying at the temples, and properly built. Daniel thought he looked something like an Olympic god. The man sauntered to the platform at the front of the class and touched his hand to the podium. He shook his head and turned to the class.
"Evening class" his voice thundered in the lecture hall" My name is Kenton Stark, and I am your Ethical guide".

Three hours seemed to have flown by as Daniel was consumed by the lecture.
"It's better than I expected" Daniel thought to himself
"Okay class, that seems to be it for the day, you may go." Kenton started to clean the White Board as the students flowed through the Lecture Hall's door.
Daniel was the last to exit the room, and was greeted by Camella at the front of the school.
"Took you long enough" she smiled "Ready?"
Daniel fell into step with her as they made their way to a bus stop. There were hardly any vehicles on the road apart from the randomly appearing Illegal Taxi. By the time Camella got into a taxi the sun was already setting. Daniel looked up and saw the rays of light streak across the sky. Daniel smiled to himself, this was his favourite part of the day. Seeing the rays of the sun beam through the clouds even as it sets, gave Daniel a feeling of renewed strength for the next day.
"Never yielding, a ray of hope"
Daniel jumped startled by the voice behind him. He spun and realized that a man was standing behind there. The man was about 6ft tall and had a properly toned body that showed beneath his lavender shirt. It seemed as if the man towered over Daniel. He seemed to be in his early 30's and had a scar from his forehead over his right eye to the top of his lip. In Daniel's opinion, the guy looked as if he overdosed on testosterone on a daily basis.
"Sorry if I startled you" The man straightened up "I just love sunsets, they make me feel peaceful"
"Yea" Daniel said looking back at the sunrays.
"You attend that Community College?"
Daniel looked back around to see a pair of Steel Grey eyes looking at him. The man now about five feet from Daniel and began to really tower over him. Daniel had to slightly lift his head to meet the man's gaze. The man's stature felt intimidating as he looked down on Daniel.
"Yea, first year" Daniel replied
The man straightened up "I remember my college days" he smiled and stretched a hand to Daniel "Name's John"
"Daniel" Daniel said as he took John's hand and shook.
