The sun was bright like it has always been in Seoul. Brighter than his future, he thought.
He enjoys his time at the park. It was the perfect place to ignore any disturbance and certainly those who keep bothering him.
The bench fits perfectly to his comfortable bottom added to be accompanied by the old thick leaves tree that was right behind him. Oh the peace.
Woof! Woof!
But of course this wasn't his Park, there were other civilians that's stepping on this ground too.
A puppy. Or more specifically, a collarless puppy approaches him with the most adorable teacup size with arch eyebrow furry puppy. Running towards his legs eagerly.

The dark Pomeranian sticks out it's tongue and clings towards his leg.
Taehyung picks him up and scans him. He was barely the size of a normal puppy. So puffy, so adorable so- I have no more to describe but you get the point.
He felt attracted to the creature and it seems the puppy did too. But why would this puppy be in the wild park? Or did it lost its owner? But there were no leash attached nor any name tags on its neck.
"I wanna keep you so bad but you have an owner no?" The puppy shakes it's fur like it was saying no, but it was more like it was throwing the fallen leaves off of him.
"Lets go find your owner"
They approach every person they see that was on that park. Asking if they saw someone with this dog and if they are the owner of this dog and so on. But as the sky turns orange, they receive no luck.
"A creature as cute as you would be impossible to be kidnapped! Are you sure you didn't fall of from the sky?" He talks to the dog but it only response with a lick on his lips.

"... can I really keep you?" Taehyung shook his head. Of course he can't keep him. He has an owner. "Maybe if I leave you here. You'll sniff your owner back.." despite heaving a heavy heart, he left the puppy on the bench. Not looking a glance back, he walks away.
The puppy didn't follow him. It just watch him as he moves further away with whimpers.
A loud whimper.
"Don't look back Tae.."
"Just don't"
The puppy looks so lost. It isn't going anywhere either. It's eyes glued to Taehyung's back, just waiting for Taehyung to pick him.
"Holy shit! Now that's a puppy!" Taehyung turns back. Unseen recognized children starts to pick up the puppy.
The puppy looks scarred.
The puppy barks aggressively.
"Shut up mutt!" The children starts hitting the poor creature with a tree branch.
But it didn't cry. The puppy didn't cry. It stayed strong and attempts to bite the children's arm. It was strong. At least enough to protect itself.
But it wasn't strong enough.
The kids starts picking it up. Walking closer to the lake. Taehyung knows what's going to happen.
But Taehyung won't let that happen.
He was a little late to save the puppy but he jumps to catch it onto his warm arms.
He didn't care if he's going to get wet. He didn't care if others laugh at him. But keeping the puppy safe is now his priority.
The kids laugh at him. Claiming that it was stupid to go safe another creature.
"Every creature is important! Didn't your mother taught you that?!" As if on cue, the kid's mother ran up to them. The group of women were mad. They didn't raise such ungrateful children. They got what they deserve.
The women quickly apologize to Taehyung, offering a quick store to get clothes or a cup of coffee. Taehyung felt greatfull and accepts the offer and of course, the puppy too.
He just couldn't wait to tell Jimin what happened.
