Unseen Love

1st passing period

Alex walked out of his first period classroom when two seniors in football varsity jackets, rammed into Alex shoulder and knocked Alex and his binder to the floor.

"Hey!! Watch it", said one of the seniors.

"Yeah b**ch", the other said.

"S...s...sorry...", said Alex very scared and nervous.

"If this happens again you will be on the floor crying like a baby with pain in your stomach. You got that!!"

"Yes..."

The two jocks walked away and Alex still nervous, started to reorganize his stuff that was on the floor.

He wispered to himself, "F**king bastards. Picking on the weak."

A person that witnessed the act, walked towards him and started to pick up the papers that fell out of his binder. They were there for a little bit until the person spoke.

"Those jocks are c**ts aren't they?", said the person.

Alex thought," A female's voice? Who is it?"

He looked up and saw a girl with dyed pink and a shoulder-cut haircut.

When Alex looked up, she smiled and said, " Oh... I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Sarah Robinson. What's your name?"

"My name is Alex, Alex Frost", he was nervous.

"That's a cool name!! It remind me of Jack Frost" she said.

"Yeah.. A lot of people say the same thing. If you count a lot of people as three people..."

"Wait wut... You are part of the Frost family tree!?!?! YOUR DAD IS STAN FROST?!?!??! THE LARGEST AND MOST RICH COMPANY CEO IN THE UNITED STATES!?!?!! YOUR DAD FOUNDED THE MOST SUCCESSFUL AND BEST COMPANY KNOWN TO MA-!!"

Alex covered her mouth and wispered to her.

"I usually don't tell people about my family. Most of the time, it makes people use me to get stuff. Like phones, clothes, and other stuff that they don't need. "

Like normal, Alex never talks to anyone. Especially girls. So this interaction with Sarah was really something to him. Sarah was really friendly and kind. She stood up and helped Alex up. Then, she handed the papers to Alex.

She said,"I know we just met like one or two minutes ago but, can we be friends? I am new to this school and I don't know anyone."

Alex replied," You can be my friend."

He smiled, "I've been at this school for two years and I still don't have friends. I don't really talk to people and I'm kinda a loner."

"I don't care that you're a loner. You seem nice and friendly to people. Also, there is that one guy that talked to you before school."

"Bruh. Well that is true. I do only talk to Andrew. No one really want to be my friend." Alex realized what Sarah said." Wait a sec, how did you know I was talking to him before school?"

"I saw you and Andrew talking. I was on the field and saw you walk into the gates."

"That makes a little more sense but why me out of all people?"

"It's because you caught my eye when you walked in." she blushed.

"What... What does that mean?"

"You just walked in and caught my attention. That's all..."

"Okay."

The two started walking, not knowing what to say to each other. Until Alex finally broke the silence.

"So, where is your next period Sarah?"

"Oh, I have band next. And I just don't wanna go today. The teacher is pissed at everyone because they haven't payed the fees yet."

"But it's the first day of school?!"

"I know right. It's stupid! I have to pay 100 dollars for my instrument and 30 dollars for my uniform. It's crazy! It's too overpriced for an elective. I'm also ten dollars short. I have to use the ten dollars for food and my P.E. uniform."

"I can help you out if you want. I already paid my fee. I paid it during summer. I only had to pay 40 dollars for my uniform."

"That's not fair. What is your Elective? Is it a preforming art program?"

"Uhhhh... yeah I have choir."

"You have choir? That's not the elective I was thinking you would have. But I thought you said you didn't like to talk to people?"

"Well I don't talk or preform in front of the class. I fly under the radar and stay in groups if I have to, so I don't have to be alone."

"I see. At my old school my friend said if you fly under the radar in any elective, you lose your participation points for that day."

"Yeah that's how it works here as well, but the teachers don't talk to me because I show no interest."

" So, earlier you said you can help me out right?"

"Oh right. I can lend you the ten dollars right now. Since your elective is next period."

Alex pulled out his wallet and a ten dollar bill and gave it to Sarah. Sarah looked to Alex's wallet in disbelief.

Alex looked at Sarah's face and questioned her, "Hey Sarah, are you alright? Do I need to call the nurse or something?"

"She looked up at him and said," No I'm fine. I was just surprised that you have that much money in your wallet."

From what Sarah saw, Alex had three fifty dollar bills, one one hundred dollar bill, five ten dollar bills, and about twenty-three ones.

Sarah said," I know your family is rich and all but, how much money do you get?!?!"

"This is a month's worth of allowance money."

"YOU GET 323 DOLLARS FOR ALLOWANCE!!!?"

"SHHHHH!! Keep it down!! Remember. Yeah I get about 320 dollars a month. That only because I buy groceries and stuff for my little sister."

"You have a little sister? What's her name?"

"Her name is Megan and she is turning twelve this Friday. I have to buy presents for her and I don't know what to get her."

"We're getting a little side tracked here, Alex."

"Oh... Here is the ten that you need."

Sarah accepted the ten dollar bill.
Alex and Sarah walked and talked until they had to split up. They said bye to each other and walked to their classes.

Andrew ran up next to Alex, "So who was she, huh?"

"Well I guess she is my friend now. Her name is Sarah Robinson."

"Really!?! You can get a girl to date you on the first day of school!!"

"Bro... It's not like that. She is new to the school and she doesn't have friends to hang out with."

"But why you out of all people? Weren't you just minding your own business like you normally do?"

"Well... Two cu*t flaps knocked me and my stuff down and Sarah helped me out."

"K, that makes more sense. But do you like her?"

"Not a-f**kin-gain Andrew. I'm not like you when it comes to relationships. I don't have a crush on everyone or anyone. She is just my new friend."

"Okay. Okay. Chillax bruv. I'm just jokin' around with ya. But don't you like Jayna?"

"Shut the f**k up."

"Okay but how do I shut something upwards?"

"Just go to class smarta**. I need to talk to you at lunch. It's not like anyone is going to be sitting with us."

Alex again split up with his friend again and went to his second period.
