One day there was a kind and beautiful gardener named Rose Lizzie. She was working very hard pulling weeds, by the flowers. In her big garden. The garden had chrysanths, amaryllis, begonias, crocus, dahlia, gladiolus, and much more. The flowers were vibrant and beautiful. The smell of the flowers filled the air with such a wonderful scent. No one could walk by without stopping and smelling the flowers in. Everyone loved stopping by to talk with Rose and buy flowers. Rose however was not always a gardener for her past was not always pleasant.
When a young handsome man, who was wearing a droopy hood came strolling along the rode on his beautiful Mustang. He stopped along on the road curious to what she was doing. He noticed that what she was doing was great and he knew that his place needed a new gardner. When she lifted her head, she was startled for a moment. She never thought that someone would be silent and watch her. They usually got her attend when they need her.
Then he said with joy in his voice, "You have done amazing work here. Would you like a job at my place? If you take my job you will have to stay at my employee apartment." The young mysterious man was in love with her as soon as he say her face.
" Yes, please, I would love to. It would be a great way to make more money. However I can't live there." she replied with her voice growing more confident. Rose slowly rose to her feet.
"Great, now go get your stuff so you can move in." replied the mysterious man in the hood ignoring the last part of what she said.
" I am so sorry but I can not stay at your place. Who would watch my garden while I am away? My customers would be very upset if I could not deliver them flowers each morning." she responded not wanting to make this man upset. For she hates making others upset.
"Sooooo....you can forget about this garden and sell the flowers from my garden. I would not mind not one bit. I am have so many flowers." replied the mysterious man trying to make her come. For she was the most beautiful girl he ever knew.
" NO you don't understand that there are people who count on me to always be here. My flowers mean so much to people who are sick, injured, or any reason. So when someone says no. They mean no and back off dude. I don't even know you!" snapped Rose. She was close to her breaking point.
" What do you mean I don't understand? Because it is not me. It is you who needs to calm down because who would say no to," the mysterious man pulls off his hood and Rose gasps with surprise." me and those people will still get flowers and will mean the same thing."
" FINE, I will do the job. Does that mean you will leave now!" screamed Rose.
Then the man said in a low sad voice " Fine be that way and go to Place Drive at 10:40 am tomorrow. I will be there to tell you more at your job."
" Ok how much..." as he rode off leaving Rose trying to reply. How rude.
Then Rose went back to work. After a while Rose went into the cottage to wash and prepare for lunch. While she ate she thought, why would that man want her to work for him? After all, she was just a plain old gardener. There are so many other gardeners who are a lot better than her. She also thought about how much money would she get. She had so many thing she wanted to ask him.
After Rose finished her lunch, she went outside to deliver her evening flowers. So that those who needed more flowers and missed her selling her flowers because they were still sleeping in the morning.. Each flower was a dollar.
Usually Rose would make an average of about $60 in the evening and that was enough to buy food for the next day. But today a lot of couples wanted to go out on a date. Rose ran into one of her friends from school. They talked and talked a lot about what they were doing during the summer, how they are etc. Rose realised the time and said goodbye and went on delivering her flowers.
