Marnie finds a lost dog walking the streets and it turns out to be Corbyn Besson's dog. Does this dog create love between the two?? But when Marnie finds out an untold truth about Corbyn, does she regret ever finding the dog??
Seeing Cody all cozy laying down on my bed, I kind of felt sad that I had to let him go, I was kinda warming up to him a lot- but his isn't my dog and he has owners. Corbyn sent me the park name and we headed off to the park, Cody was reasonably smart to walk with me without a lead but I thought it would be more safe to take him in the car.
Corbyn's POV
I was hanging out at the park, taking Cody out for a walk, sometimes we take his lead off but he's never run off before. I was scared that Ive lost him forever, but gladly Cody got in the right hands and we are going to get him back safely.
I was waiting for this Marnie girl to show up, that's when I see Cody run around the corner with a girl.
"Cody" I shouted.
They run towards me and I was so happy to see his little face again, I crouch down hugging the life out of him. I look up and see the girl smiling down at me.
"I'm glad you got your dog back" She said crouching down also stroking Cody.
She gets up "I better go anyway" she said starting to walk off.
"Hey wait" I shouted.
She turns around and I see that beautiful smile again. "Is everything ok?" She said.
"At least let me take you out for some ice-cream or coffee or something" I asked.
"Yeah ice-cream sounds good but get a lead on Cody first" She laughed.

Marnie's POV
"I had a lot of fun but I got to go now" I said.
Corbyn looked the tiny bit sad that I said that, and Cody. I hugged Corbyn goodbye and stroker Cody and started to walk away.
"Marnie wait" he shouted.
I turned around to look at him, seeing that big smile of his again. "Would it be ok if I got your number?" He said grinning. I literally couldn't resist, he was so sweet and kind, so I gave him my number and head off back home.
—————————— Yay this book is now my Monday book, I have finished Why don't we know you? So my book for Monday has changed to this Corbyn Besson book. I really like this book because it's very different and I think it's cute ❤️
