You could say that I was mad. Mom died for no reason? What am I?
I walked into my bathroom and looked into the mirror.
I started getting upset. Why does everybody know everything about me, and I know nothing?!?'
Then I started feeling weird..
I felt myself changing. I opened my eyes and looked down at my hands.
Starting from my fingers, and going up my forarm was turning brackish grayish. It went up my arms, to my shoulders, down my chest, until my whole body was darker. I looked into the mirror, and gasped.
My skin had already changed color (but you knew that) my hair was shorter and darker but still in my face with sideswept bangs, my eyes were red with blue around the iris, I had fangs, and on my back were black wings. I my fingers had now turned into claws.
I was scared of myself.
When I was little, I had nightmares about this thing, or should I say myself. It would always kill the people I care about, then hunters would come and attempt to kill it. They always ended up torn to shreds.
'Oh my gosh..'
I was brought out of my thoughts by a knock on the bathroom door. "Jen.are you okay?" Slender's voice said. I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out, and my throat hurt. I sent him a mind message instead.
'Slender I'm scared.'
There was silence for a moment before he tried to open the door. I had locked it.
I started to freak. '"No! Don't come in!'" Even my voice wasn't my own. It was deeper. Slender stopped jiggling the handle and spoke calmly. "Jen I can't help you if I don't know what's wrong."
I started to calm down, and took deep breaths. "I....I don't look like myself..Slender..."
"CAN you open the door?"
"...yes." I slowly made my way towards the door and unlocked it. Then I retreated towards the Wall. The door opened and I heard slender walk in. The door closed, and I turned around. He stools there, blankly.
"What.....what am I?"
Silence.
"Slender?"
More silence.
"Wh--"
"I don't know. But I have an idea." He turned to the door. "Come with me." Then he walked out.
I slowly followed, with clenched..claws.
