Chapter 6

Jungkook immediately let go of Nicole. He backed away. He touched his lips, why was he so desperate. She isn't his mate yet the kiss made his heart flutter.

Nicole slowly opened her eyes. She saw a flustered Jungkook, she sat on her bed, she felt stronger and much better. She touched her wound and said "I need a tissue to wipe my blood off." Jungkook nodded and wiped her blood off. He saw her wound and said "The scar will take time to heal but the poison is gone and you will live."

Nicole blushed as the memories of the her first kiss came in her mind. Jungkook was nothing but perfection. He was everything she wanted, she was totally fine with the werewolf thing but she wasn't his mate and that made her heart sink.

She bit her lip and said "Thank you for saving me and ... also im sorry i should've just drank your blood you wouldn't have needed to.. you know.."

Jungkook smirked at her and said "Its not a problem."

Jungkook had called for a meeting, all the members of the pack assembled on the ground outside his house. Nicole stood at the door and watched Jungkook. She really adored him.

Jimin crept behind her and said "Isn't her beautiful.?" Nicole blushed and said "Yes!"
Jimin continued "He's hot and got the Perfect body right, strong muscles." Nicole bit her lip and said "And amazingg... Thighs." Jimin smiled at her and Said "What about his lips are they good to kiss?" Nicole answered "They are beyond perfect! I mean they are soft pink, and when he touched mine. He was so gentle yet i could feel his you know power.." Jimin asked "And?" Nicole replied "Just one problem, he has a weird personality... complicated but i like it." Jimin chucked. Nicole turned around and realised she was actually talking to a person and not imagining.

She was completely embarssed. She said "oh no." Jimin laughed at her and said "My God! Your so cute... don't worry you secret is safe with me." He patted her head. Nicole smiled brightly though she was completely embaressed.

Jungkook turned around and saw Jimin and Nicole laughing. A sudden urge of punching Jimin came in his mind. He yelled "Park Jimin! Would you mind coming her and behaving like my beta!"

Jimin looked at Nicole and said "Oh he is angry now ill see you later!" He looked at Jungkook and said "Yes alpha coming!"

All the werewolves stood silently. Jungkook stood upright and spoke loudly "I've called all of you all to give you some bad news. The ghouls have returned." There was murmering whispering amongst the crowd. Nicole wondered what it meant and why were the wolves so threatened.

Jungkook continued "The ghouls have not only tried to attack our pack but also packs around the world, i will be attending the Wolf summit to take a decision on what can be done to stop the ghouls from attacking us."

The crowd nodded along with Jungkook. Jungkook said "Patrol the borders and stay indoors at night. As your alpha i promise ill help stop the ghouls hurting our kind."

The crowd cheered along and showed their respect to Jungkook.

As the crowd dispersed. Jungkook walked towards Nicole. He said looking at her "I'm going to take you back home, its not safe for you here especially when I'm gone. But if you reveal our secret i will find you." His last line almost fainted Nicole. She nodded fearfully at him.

He turned around and said "Hop on." Nicole stared at him in confusion. Jungkook pulled her and carried her on his back. He said "Hold tight and also close your eyes." Nicole obeyed and put her arms on his chest and held him tightly. His back was surely comfortable she thought. Her legs were wrapped around his waist with Jungkooks strong arms holding it.

Jungkooks eyes glowed red as he suddenly took off in inhuman speed. Nicole felt as if the wind was hitting her face. She hid her face in Jungkooks shoulders. Jungkook ran through the forest for almost 10 min and then suddenly stopped.

Nicole opened her eyes and saw they were next to the hospital where he and Jungkook first met. Jungkook kept her down and said "Okay now
Go on and go back home."

Nicole said "Uh Jungkook, thanks for saving me twice and.. giving me your clothes to wear. So we wont ever meet after this?" Jungkook replied "I don't know."

Saying this he sped off in a friction of a second in the woods. Nicole's heart ached she was hoping she would get to stay longer with Jungkook.

She walked to her house which was close to her hospital. She was exhausted and just wanted to shower and sleep.

The opened her door and walked straight to the kitchen, she poured herself a glass of water, as she drank she heard a flower vase break behind her. She turned around and saw the same man she saw the day she was frostbitten. The glass of water fell from her hand. He licked his lips and stared at Nicole. She was a meal to him but Nicole wasn't exactly wishing to be eaten.
