Chapter one

Kayla P.O.V

It was a nice June afternoon also known as the last day of school. I did so much my last year at my public school. I should introduce myself. I'm Kayla Jade I am 14 years old and I live in St. Louis with my older sister and my mom. I don't know what happened to my dad because he was never around me as a kid. I have long blonde hair with green eyes that glimmer . I am kinda tall and I am very tanned . I love penny boarding and playing guitar. I am also friends with Hayes . Yes the Hayes Grier that is pretty famous on vine . We have been friends for 3 years now and they have been the best 3 years of my life . " We finally graduated Kay ." Hayes said as I looked into his dazzling blue eyes. Every time we talk, I feel butterflies in my tummy . I don't like Hayes or at least I don't think I do it wouldn't work out I'm too ugly for him. " I know!!! Let the summer begin" I exclaimed . We said our final goodbyes and we walked home together . Our houses are right beside each other's so we can hang out whenever we want. "Hello mom I'm home ." I shouted in my house . She didn't answer but she left a note on the table . "Kayla, I am going to be out if town for the next month so you and your sister will be staying with the griers . Here is $500 dollars for you guys to share . I love you from mom" . I was kind of worried on why she just left with out telling us. But on the other hand I get to spend a month with Hayes alone . This will be a fun month
