Sodapop: You were at home cleaning since you had nothing else to do since Darry and Sodapop were at work and pony was hopefully on his way home from school. You and your boyfriend soda have been dating for almost 3 years now.You heard the screen door open and footsteps running throughout the house.
"Y/N! Y/N!" Pony shouted.
"Pony?! What's wrong?!" you were concerned since he was panicking.
" I-its Soda he's hurt" pony said breathing heavily.
" Oh my god! Where is he he?!" you started to panic since you hated knowing the people you loved were hurt.
"He's at DX" pony replied.
You didn't say anything and dropped the rag you were cleaning the counters with and bolted out the door to DX. When you were at school you were the fastest runner on the track team along side pony so it didn't take you long to get to DX.
"SODA?!SODA WHERE ARE YOU?!" You shout once you got to DX. You look at the ground and there were flower petals leading from the parking lot to Soda’s garage where he worked. You ran to the garage to see a heart on the ground of his garage in the shape of a heart with the words ‘will you marry me?’ in the center. You look up and see Soda down on one knee with a ring in his hand.
"So whatta say? will ya be mine y/n?" he asked.
You teared up and nodded. he put the ring on your finger and hugged you tight. you kissed him softly and he kissed back.
"I love you baby" he mumbled against your lips.
"I love you too" you said back and stayed close to him.
Steve: You were on a walk to go to DX to see your boyfriend Steve. You just finished your shift at the dingo and decided to surprise him at work. You walked up and saw Sodapop.
"Hey soda where's Steve?" you asked.
"Oh he's not here he just clocked out" he replied.
Already clocked out? its only 3:45 and he doesn't finish his shift til 5:30 almost 6 some days. You thought to yourself.
"Do you know where he is?" you asked.
Soda nodded. "He's at the spot you two first met he said he realty needed to talk to you."
"Thanks Soda!" you said and ran to the spot you and Steve first met but didn't see him there.
"Steve? Are ya here?" you shouted. no one answered.
You sighed and was getting ready to leave, until you felt big strong arms wrap around your waist and felt someone kiss your neck softly.
"hey baby" Steve said softly and his warm breath made you tingle a little.
"hey why weren't you at DX? I came by to see you." you said.
" I had to pick something up for you" he replied and put his hand in his jean pocket to grab something out. You raised an eyebrow.
he then got down on one knee. " y/n you mean the world to me and I couldn't imagine my life without you. I couldn't imagine anyone more beautiful, sweet and understanding as you. so will ya marry me?" he said pulling a ring out of his jean pocket.
