Announcement || Chapter: 1 [DAY 1]

I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a weapon blaze wielder. A weapon that uses for combat, training or fighting it is a common blaze, that's what I thought.

I'm going to my dream academy! Where they practice their blazes to gain Absolute Duo, I don't even know what is that but I just have a little information that the one who gains Absolute Duo is going to be one of the best wielders of their blazes, of course you have to be at level 4 and that level is hard to gain. We all start at Level 1 when I enrolled to Koryo Academy for the 1st year but I did not know that they are Level 2 blaze wielders in 1st year. I already saw different kinds of level like level 2 and 3! My dream academy, Koryo Academy. It's like one of the best academys that you will ever go to! It's my first day and I'm already seeing so many people around me and cherry blossom trees that are famous here in Japan!

I forgot to tell you that when I enrolled here it's a requirement to speak Japanese and I know why... But surely they can all speak in English! I'm so excited to see who will be my duo!

Marinette's POV (Point of view)

My 1st year in Koryo Academy! - I said as I jumped around in excitement that I get to see new people and wielders

I slowly entered in Koryo Academy and there were chairs around and we all gathered here while the principal a.k.a the owner makes an announcement.

Everyone that is enrolling to Koryo Academy, welcome! I truly appreciate that this is the academy that you choosed to practice your blazes. First off, the person sitting next to you will be your partner. *Everyone screamed in excitement but not knowing what is going on* - Sakuya Tsukamo announces plainly

H-Hi! My name is Marinette Dupain-Cheng but call me Marinette... - I said as I introduce myself shyly infront of her as I play with my fingers

Nice to meet you, Marinette! My name is Celestia Rose. I'm excited to practice my blaze here! I'm just wondering why they are pairing us up with the person sitting next to. - Celestia said as she greets me and looks at the principal curiously

Yeah. I hope it's not something bad... - I said as I hoped that something bad will not happen and looked back at the principal

They will be your opponent. Everyone needs to defeat their opponent to enter this academy. The losers will not be accepted to this academy.  The winners are only will be the ones to enter the academy, that is all. - Sakuya Tsukamo said plainly yet again

W-What!? *Celestia stands up* That seems to be unfair Miss, we all enrolled here to level up! Surely that this is a joke, right? - Celestia said as she gathered confidence to ask the principal

This is not a joke. It will determined if you deserve to even be here. *whispers* I'll do anything to get Absolute Duo... - Sakuya Tsukamo answered our question without hesitation

If that is how it is! Fight me! - An unknown girl with blonde hair challenges her opponent

Gladly! Blondie! Ahhhhh! - A black haired girl attacked the blonde girl

Everyone is starting to get their blazes out! Fighting each other, winners and losers will be determined to this very moment...

Sorry, Marinette but I need to be in this academy it's important to me! Ready your blaze! - Celestia said as she gets her blaze from her soul

H-Huh!? W-Wait a second! - I said as I dodged Celestia's attacks and hide

Fight! You want to be in this academy right!? *Celestia smashes everything in her path* There is no need to hide! If you want to be in this academy and determined how strong you are! Show yourself! - Celestia said as she smashes everything using her blaze hammer

What should I do... Her blaze is definetly strong. How should I overcome this?! I'll just hope I get lucky.

Hey! Celestia, I'm ready! Fight me now! But, listen to me, this isn't going to solve anything!- I said as I challenged her with my double sword blaze

*Fighting sounds in the background*
*Screams*
*Blazes appearing sounds*

Sounds good! You have a good blaze there and it is going to solve this problem, Marinette! - Celestia compliments me as she smashes everything around me

If you say so and thanks! Here I go! - I said as I swiftly run to her and used my blaze but she dodged it

That was a close one, if it's a close combat one I'll definetly lose but this is a different scenario! Marinette! - Celestia powers her blaze up

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! - Both of them screams as they clashes their blazes to each other

*Everyones starts to defeat their opponents but one stands out with a different blaze*

*Celestia blocked my first attack then Celestia smashed her hammer to the floor to create waves to the chairs to make it float then goes down to me but I jumped so high that I almost hit the ceiling, I throwed one of my sword to Celestia then Celestia dodged it but she was too focused to dodge it that made me an opening to hit her when she was going to get back her look to the opponent a.k.a me, I already hit her with one of my sword so hard that made her go down to the floor like gliding*

*Inhale* *Exhale* *Inhale* *Exhale* Y-You're strong, Marinette... I guess you do deserve to be here... I'm already defeated. - Celestia said as she admits her defeat to me

Heh, I guess so, thank you for the compliment. - I said as I helped her get up

Seems that everyone is finish. Welcome new students of Koryo Academy! - Sakuya Tsukamo pronounces plainly for the new commers

I'm glad that I won but Celestia... *Looks over Celestia* I hope she isn't mad at me, we both wanted to be in the academy... I hope I can see her again.

H-Hey, Celestia~Chan... I'm sorry... - I apologized to her while looking down

Marinette~San, don't be. You won fair and square, we all know that besides you deserve it. - Celestia said as she gets Marinette back up

Really? I mean you told me that you want to be in this academy too? - I asked her with a concerning tone and look to my face

Heh, I did didn't I? Marinette, it doesn't mean that you have to be sorry for me. You played and planned what moves I'm going to do, I just moved carelessly so I can win easily... - Celestia explains to her as she fixes herself up

Everyone that lost left and Everyone that won seems to have some ups and downs in their faces because their friends just lost to their opponent, same goes for me... I hope we get to see them soon.

School starts tomorrow at 8:00 a.m, everything that needs to be decided will be decided tomorrow, thank you. - Sakuya Tsukamo said plainly before she left

Tomorrow is the day! That I get to be in this academy! My 1st year!
