I look around my room and can't help, but feel like singing "Walk Away," from High school Musical 3 as I looked around my room. I have slept in this room for as long as I could remember. Changing the room from when it was pink and a princess bed, to now what was purple and filled with places I would like to travel, posters of my favorite band, and my disney plushies.
"Kristmas," I hear Uncle Rocky says as he walks in.
"I'll be down," I tell him.
"You have time. John won't be here for another half an hour," Uncle responds as I face him.
I nod. "We can do this right?"
"Baby girl," Uncle says as he pulls me into his famous hugs.
"This is only for the year and then next year we will be back in our home where I can finish my senior year by your side," I tell him.
"I promise. I will do my best to get us back on our feet, but for now hold on to this," Uncle responds as he points to my heart.
I smile and nod as we hear the door open. I look at Uncle as I grab my backpack and follow him down the stairs. I sat on the stairs as I see Uncle open the door to see a tall blonde haired man with blue crystal eyes. They both turn to me as I just waved.
"Kristmas," Uncle says as he extends his hand out to me.
I walk down the stairs as I grab Uncle's hands.
"Wow, you look so much like Mia," John says. "I swore you were born literally yesterday."
"I tell myself every birthday," Uncle adds.
"I'll take your bag to the car while I give you time and don't worry the rest of your stuff is at my place," John tells me.
"Thank you," I say as John walks out.
"Kristmas," Uncle Rocky says as we walk out the door.
"Just," I respond as I just take in his hug and the smell of his favorite cigar for the last time.
"I love you kiddo," Uncle tells me.
"I love you too," I say as I climb into the front passanger and look at my Uncle as he leaned up against my window.
"Take care of her John," Uncle says.
"You know I will," John responds as he starts to drive.
I look at the side mirror till I couldn't see Uncle no more. I took a breath as I turn my attention to John.
"Tell me a little bit about the family," I say breaking the ice.
"First I have seven kids," John tells me.
"Wow," I gasp.
"Here," John says as he takes a picture out of what I am guessing is the kids. "The oldest is the dark brown shaggy hair wearing the marines suit is Noah he is twenty-one and is off somewhere fighting for our country. Next oldest is the Finn he's the one with the lighty dirty brown hair into a littl fohawk he is away in college at Ohio state. Then we have the triplets all seventeen. Oldest is Mason the athletic one of the three loves to run and play basketball. Spencer the smartest one out of the three and actually has an idealic memory."
"He kind of looks like Spencer from Criminal Minds," I comment.
"That is actually where we got his name," John implies. "The third of the triplets is Taylor and I love this boy, but it's best to not get influence by his bad boy image. We then have Jonah the Vangoh of the family. Lastly we have our baby girl and hopefully our last kid Aly. That girl will keep you on your feet."
