"OMG I'm so sorry "...He looked at me and slightly smiled. I realised I knocked his books all over the floor. I helped him pick them up. I humiliated myself again, it's only the first day of term 4. I didn't mean to hit him, I've ruined everything. Then I rushed down the hallway, I looked back at him. I'm such a dork I thought to myself. I liked him so much, which is the worst part.
"Rose! What's wrong" Natalie said.
I wiped a tear from my eye.
"I'm alright I guess"
I ran to the bathroom, this is just the stupidest thing. Why am I crying over this, he's just a boy. I mean he's not just a boy, he's amazing. The bell rang, Natalie came with me to class. I walked through the door, my makeup was absolutely everywhere.
"Are you okay?" Taleesha asked.
"I'm fine" I said back.
I sat down next to Taleesha. Natalie went over and sat next to her boyfriend Jake. He was a pretty good guy I guess. They were the cutest couple in the class, in-fact they are the only couple. I placed my books onto the table. I wiped my eyes again. Wait, I said to myself. Oh my god, he's in this class. I turned around, and glanced at him quickly. He looked at me and smiled, I smiled back. I got the worst butterflies, it wasn't just butterflies it felt like I got ran over by a giant zoo of animals.
"Rose. Rose. ROSE!" Taleesha started to yell.
I was daydreaming, I didn't realise until Taleesha told me.
"Tell me, what's wrong?" Taleesha said again.
I'll tell you after class, the class is about to start.
"Okay students, take your seats. Pull out your science textbook, pg 87. We are learning about chemistry this term." said Ms Reisha
Class went fast, the bell rang.
"Students you can be dismissed" said Ms Reisha.
Taleesha & Natalie walked me to the bathroom, we went in. She looked at me in the eyes and said.
"What's wrong? Tell me, it goes nowhere" said Natalie.
"We are your best friends we wouldn't tell a soul. " Taleesha
Ahhh I like a guy and i humiliated myself infront of him, it's stupid I know.
"Who is it?" Taleesha and Natalie said at the same time.
"It's umm Alex."
" That is actually cute!" Said Nat
"Wait Alex in our class? "
"Yes who else? "
I walked to my locker, and placed my books in. I grabbed my lunch out of my bag, and walked outside. 'Why', I thought to myself. 'Why now'.
I saw him, and I automatically turned the other way.
"Natalie wait up", I yelled. She turned around and saw me. Taleesha was coming the other way. We eventually caught up to eachother. We did our normal routine, which is basically walking around the whole entire school. "So Nat where is your boyfriend?" I asked
"I'm not too sure, he's probably kicking the footy somewhere, so you actually like Alex? "
"Yes I do, you guys are the only ones who know...Please don't tell anyone!" I pleaded " Don't worry your secret is safe with us" Natalie reassured me,
"Taleesha do you like anyone?" I asked immediately changing the subject from me and Alex.
