Thoughts on Self-Harm

I use to give myself eraser burns but when I surrounded myself with the right people I was able to get help and I'm doing a lot better. I wont go into full detail but say this, you can overcome it and it doesn't have to define your life. If anyone reading this does self-harm and needs anyone to talk to feel free to PM I'd be willing to help anyway I can.
