Have you ever been in love? I have. It sucks. All it does is cause trouble. It's a great feeling, while all is good. But as soon as there's a bump in the road, it just sucks.
My name is Aryanna, but everyone calls me Arya. I'm 5'2, I weigh about 110 pounds. I have dark brown hair that goes to my hips, and I have eyes like the ocean. I have a very light complexion and a slight amount of acne.
I'm a pretty nice person, I know what it's like to be treated like shit, so I try to treat everyone kindly. Unless you do treat me badly. Then I do the same back to you. Basically, if you respect me I'll respect you. And that's that.
I don't do many things other than play video games. I can play the violin, and I'm pretty good at doing makeup. All of my friends think I should be a makeup artist when I grow up. But enough of that. I'm here to tell you about my first experience with love.
It was the first day of grade eight. I walked into the school feeling confident and great. I mean, I was in eighth grade, the highest grade in middle school. I wasn't popular, so that was one downside, but I had a good feeling about this school year.
I walked into my homeroom and greeted my friends and we talked about what we did over the summer. I saw a few new faces, but one really caught my eye.
A boy with long, sort of shaggy black hair that barely covered his eyes sat by himself. I told my friends that I would go talk to him, so I did.
I walked up to him and sat down in the desk across from him. He looked up and his eyes widened. Maybe he was surprised that someone wanted to talk to him? Well that sounds mean, but hey, he was sitting by himself.
"Hey," I smiled at him.
He looked down and started playing with his hands. "Oh uh, hello."
Damn he's awkward. "What's your name?" I asked nicely.
He continued to stare at his hands. "I'm Trevor," he said just above a whisper.
I put my hand out, "It's nice to meet you Trevor. I'm Aryanna, but you can call me Arya."
He took my hand and he finally looked at me. He has green eyes.
