Yun Chae Rin was looking back at photo albums of when she first auditioned for Cube Entertainment.
"What a fetus" she said looking back at her 13 year old self.
"It's crazy to see how far you've come." Chaerin turned around to see her very supportive older brother standing in the doorway of her room.
"I know" she replied with a happy/sad smile.
"Pretty soon I won't be able to get away from you, being on the car radio, tv, news." Chaerin didn't answer and looked down at the hard floor.
"What's wrong?" Yun Woo Jin questioned with a worried look on his face.
"I'm worried.." She paused, " I'm scared to leave you, mom, and dad. I'm scared nobody will like us, and I'm scared to let everyone down."
Chaerin looked at Jin to see his reaction, "i mean, you disappointed us the day you were born so I'm not sure how you could do it anymore."
He laughed that "big brother" laugh he always did when he teased her.
"CHAERIN!! We gotta go!" Chaerins eomma yelled from downstairs. Chaerin stood up leaving the pictures spread out on the floor as she passed by her brother in the door way as he stopped her.
He whispered in her ear "I've always been your biggest fan, and I always will." Chaerin smiled at him and have him a tight hug, "saranghaeyo" she replied and then walked down the hall and to the stairs.
You better give me a shoutout on tv when you're famous!" Chaerin didn't answer but laughed on her way out the door and into the car.
She was going to finally be meeting her new band mates and she was beyond excited for the adventure.
When she arrived at the doors to the entertainment business she was happily greeted by her best friend of two years who had been training to be a solo idol.
CHAERIN!" She yelled running and hugging her. "I heard you're meeting your band mates today" Chaerin smiled and hugged her back "I am.. how is training for you going?" She asked trying to keep her mind off of her new band mates and saving her excitement.
"It's going well, but I'm going to miss you when you're not here anymore and being my biggest fan.."
Chaerin stopped to realize that she wouldn't be seeing her bestfriend everyday like she used to.
"I know... But who said I can't be your biggest fan?!"
She said trying to lighten the mood. Sa Han giggled and went back to real life and taking a look at the time.
"Hey! You gotta go. You have to be there by 5:45 right?" She said concerned, Chaerin looked at her phone as her eyes widened.. "Yes! Thank you!"
She said walking away leaving her friend at the doors "I'll FaceTime you tonight and tell you how it goes" as she said sprinting to one of the elevators.
"Phew" she sighed and took a deep breath hoping that the girls got along. I mean if that had to spend every waking minute together.. might as well play nice.
Chaerin had been told in advance that she was going to be the leader of the group because of her longest training experience.
She started when she was 13 and now it is five years later and she is finally getting her career started.
*Ding* the door to the elevator opened and she walked down the hall to the dance room she had usually trained in.
Through the glass doors she saw 5 Girls, two were sitting down and talking while the other three were standing and and showing off some pretty Daebak dance moves.
