Chaerin had been awake for a few hours packing things up.
She seemed to be packing her whole room. Taking pictures, clothes, toiletries, and anything she wanted to bring.
She went to her brothers door and knocked wanting to say goodbye, and letting him know that she would miss him.
But sadly he wasn't in his room. He was probably with his friends he always hung out with on Saturdays.
"I guess I'll just call him later today." Chaerin said sighing.
She went downstairs saying a goodbye to her home knowing she'd be moving out.
She drove all the way to the dorm and already saw a car there.
She walked up to the door which was already unlocked.
She walked in and heard someone singing upstairs. She wasn't worried, she already knew it was one of her members.
She walked upstairs and followed the sweet voice.
She opened the door to see Baelyn folding clothes and hanging them up in the closet."Uh hey. I didn't know you'd be here today" Chaerin said awkwardly, trying not to scare her.
"Same with you." Baelyn said smiling.
Chaerin dropped her bags in the doorway and walked in the messy space with clothes and suitcases everywhere.
"Here I'll help you put everything away." Chaerin said kindly as she started grabbing hangers to put clothes away with.
"You don't have to do that, you have your own things to take care of." Baelyn said.
Chaerin didn't listen and kept putting clothes away.
"Nah, it's more fun this way." Chaerin said with her back facing Baelyn.
"Well atleast let me help you with your things when we're finished." Baelyn said sternly.
Chaerin didn't look at her but nodded in agreement saying it was okay.
They heard the door from downstairs shut and someone walking up the stairs.
"HONEY'S I'M HOME!" The voice came from Miju, and Chaerin and Baelyn looked at each other and laughed at the announcement she had made.
Miju stood in the doorway with her skinny figure and her straight black hair.
Chaerin couldn't help but be jealous, like she was with all of the girls and their beauty.
"I brought some ramen for us to make after we get done unpacking some things." Miju said looking at the chaotic room.
"I'm actually really hungry at the moment" Baelyn said looking at Chaerin as if she wanted her permission for a break.
"I could eat too." Chaerin said dropping the hangers on the bed and following Baelyn out the door and downstairs and into the kitchen.
While their food was boiling over the stove the girls sat down on the couch and talked about how excited they were for the future.
They talked about how they couldn't wait to film their music videos, perform onstage, go on talkshows, and meet n' greets.
They talked for about 15 minutes until their food was done.
Miju didn't really like hot food so she put her ramen in the fridge to cool.
When she opened it she saw a variety of foods taking up all of the space.
"Looks like Nayeon has been here" Miju laughed as both girls walked towards the fridge to see what she was talking about.
"She's going to be interesting to live with" Baelyn said giggling.
After they ate they went back upstairs to finish unpacking, as each girl repaid the favor by helping one another.
After a few hours had passed it was already dark outside and the girls were getting ready for their first night staying in the dorm.
Minus half of the group.
Chaerin had mixed feelings about living in the dorm now. She was excited because she was going to be living with a group of great girls and sharing a future with them. But she was going to miss her home."I know." Miju said putting her hand on Chaerin's shoulder.
It was almost like Miju was reading her mind.
"I feel the same way, but it'll be worth it soon."
Miju told Chaerin."How did you know that's what I was thinking?" Chaerin questioned.
"You're not that good at hiding your feelings.. not in front of me anyway." Miju answered smirking.
Baelyn had a very confused face on. She couldn't tell if she had just witnessed telepathy or she was loosing her mind.
It was now 11:34 p.m. and all the girls had been in their rooms sound asleep.. except for Chaerin who couldn't shake out her homesickness so she decided in the morning she would probably take a trip back home to say a proper goodbye to her parents and brother.
That plan had relaxed her and she finally fell asleep with mixed feelings.
