I was taking my medicine,so that I'd wouldn't have problems. Then, I'd heard a knock at the door. I'd opened it to see a police officer.

Police: Hello,ma. I have complains about you attacking a man with a baseball bat. Is that correct?

Katzun: Yes, because he was spray painting on my house,the word "Go to Hell". I'd asked him to stop,he was still spray painting and I'd had enough of this so I'd attack him.

Police: So, because this was in self defense, we're going to let you off on a hook and have a nice day.

I'd just had about enough of this. It seems like there's always a police at the house,it always seems like we can never catch a break,settle in. We're always having to deal with this bullshit. I went upstairs to Jaiden who was wearing a cast and had a broken leg. I'd laid down next her on my back because my stitches needed to be taken with care. I'd look at Jaiden, smiling.

J: So,they caught who did it?

Kat: No,this neighborhood is always attacking us. I'm sorry Jaiden.

J: For what?

Kat: If it wasn't for me,you would still have your job,not in the hospital,not worrying for your life,having to deal with this bullshit and it's all my....( Jaiden kiss Kat)

I'd got up and went to work. I couldn't go to college because of what happened to Jaiden,I was always worried about her. I was working as a cashier at a cafe. I was ringing up two customer and that noticed me. They were my friends. It was almost time for my break,so I'd told them to wait to talk. When I'd went outside,I'd talk to my friends, Shannon (Shgurr)and Michael. They ask me how was life and I'd said it was good. I'd pulled out a cigarette and started to smoke and that were surprised. They ask if I was still a Christan and I'd said no. They were happy because we can know do crazy shit,but I'd said I'd had to take care of my girlfriend and at that moment,I wish I'd didn't say anything. They ask if I was gay and.....

Shannon: So who is she?

Michael: Yeah,I want to know.

Boy was I'd so happy. I was scared that I'd made more enemies.

After the talk I went back to my job. After that,I'd went home and the police came and said they got the guys that attack Jaiden. I was so happy. That said that they would even protect us from anyone who threatened us. They knew about the homophobic people living here. I was so happy,I'd told Jaiden and we were happy. Our life was okay.
