Chapter 27

Blake's POV
Days before I was adopted if you went up to me and told me what life would be like now, I would call a mental institution for you. I never knew life could get this good. I mean it's the best thing ever! I have a father a mother, a uncle and a aunt, also soon a cousin. Also I have a brother, and a best friend. We may be miles apart and not be able to talk but we made a promise. I promise that will be kept even if I have to track him down and tackle him.

I heard several knocks on my door.

"Come in!" The door opened and revealed Logan.

"Hey Blake, I'm bored, want me to crush you at Mortal Combat?"

"You wish," even though I just pressed random buttons, it was very rare when I won.

"Yeah, I wish I was able to beat the all mighty  one" he rolled his eyes. I turned into a huge laughing fit.

"Yup! You better try your best," I got off my bed and walked with him into a gaming room. We turned the T.V on and started playing Mortal Combat.

"Katana" I heard the game say.

"Batman" the game said. I rolled my eyes. Of course he would pick that. Him and Jordan would play all the times this game, Logan being Batman, and Jordan being Joker. I also liked to switch it up but Katana was my main person.

"Batman wins" I groaned. I watched the video game character slam her fist on the ground twice and get up.

"Katana wins" I yelled out in victory as I heard the game say that.

"The game is not over yet there is one more round to determine the winner" I heard Logan say.

"I know I know but this means I have a chance" Logan just laughed.

With more fight Logan won 8 matches and can you guess my wins... 1. That is AWESOME! Last time it was 9-0 but know it is 8-1 I'm getting better.

"WOOHOO! I'm getting better!" I yelled out.

Logan rolled his eyes, "Yeah. So much better"

"Oh shut up," I told him.

"You hungry," Logan decided to ask.

"Hell yeah, let's go get some food," with that we got up and left the game room. If you were wondering where the adults were, Alex and Jason are sitting in Alex's room, Andrea and Sarah, there finding out the gender of the baby. Sarah wants to surprise Jason somehow and all of us. I don't know how though. I think she is throwing a gender reveal party. Which will be fun. I think. Anyways we reached the kitchen and saw left over wedding cake. We both smiled at each other, then grabbed the cake eating it. We left some just for Sarah and Andrea and I decided to put it way in the back, I'll tell the girls when they get home. I know Jason and Alex, they'll eat it all.

"Hey Blake?" Logan looked at me with curiosity.

"Yeah?"

"Can we go to your room or mine?" He asked.

"Sure you lead the way," he nodded and walked towards his room. He sat on his bed and patted right next to him. I sat right next to him. He breath in then out.

"Blake, I was wondering what happened in your past, like what have you been through?" I looked at Logan the decided that maybe I should tell him.

"It all started when I saw five."

I know I know it's very short, but I wanted to stop here, I don't know why just did. Also! I will be posting a new story that isn't written by me but by my friend. She wants me to do it for her, so I'll keep updated on that. I even got to help create one of the characters! I'm sure you'll be able to tell which one. Well until next time...
