Don't Let My Fish Drown ( Nev and Max)

Oh Really?

Nev's POV:

Getting in my car I drove all the way to Max's house and waited for him out front with all my luggage in the trunk. I peered through the passenger side window and rolled my eyes as I saw Max and Myra making out outside his front door. I honked the car horn and I saw Max's eyes light up and smiled. He looked back at Myra and leaned in and whispered something probably disgusting in her ear. Of course she giggled and Max finally walked towards my way and opened the car door.

"In much of a hurry there my friend?"he asked with a playfull smirk that ran across his face. I laughed and rolled my eyes while jerking my head towards the trunk so that he can put his stuff in the back. I then heard Myra yell out a good bye to both Max and I and I waved goodbye. Max winked at her and yelled back I love you and got into the passenger seat. Myra then went inside and my smile grew as I punched Max's arm to get his attention and we gave a quick bro hug.

"Dude, I havent seen you since our last case man.Hows' it going?" I asked just before I started the car . I saw from the corner of my eye Max smile while getting his camera and my face transitioned into confusion. Max looked up and punched my arm back except it kind of hurt only because he was a pretty strong guy.

"I don't know man I just have this feeling that this adventure has to be video taped even if its just boring shit" he said and pressed record while the camera faced me. I laughed and raised an eyebrow while puckering my lips and formed the perfect duck face.

"Oh Mr.Max I am not boring I'm actually quite fasinating, almost as fasinating as you are sexy" he said and winked at the end then dropped the act while trying to start the car.

Max's POV:

I held the camera to the road and to Nev's face as we drove to Minessota to meet this girl Lena. We are going to the nearest hotel so we can face time her and hopefully get some good information from her. I layed my head back into the head rest and looked to my left and saw Nev's face much focused on the road ahead. I laughed and turned up our favorite song "Jump" by Kriss Kross and started wailing my arms up and down puting the camera on the car board.

"Come on Nev, this is our song man!" I said and gave him a little nudge while singing the words and laughing. Nev laughed extremely hard, rolled his eyes and moved one hand up and down every time the song said jump. We looked at each other once and a while to rapp to each other, and kept dancing and rapping until the song ended. We laughed so hard and gave each other a fist pound. I grinned while I threw my head back into the head seat and started to bite my nail. Nev turned down the radio and on the corner of my eye I can see him looking back and forth with me and the road.

"Hey man, what's going on with you and Myra?"  he asked with a bit of concern dripping in his words. I looked back at him and looked down at my feet while playing with my hands.

"Eh you know, she wants me to meet her parents and I'm not really sure if I'm ready for that. And its not like I will never be ready, cause I know one day I will, but they are scary and im not sure they will like me" I said and after saying it all I looked up at him and his face fell and jaw dropped in shock.

"Dude come on you are totally awsome and great with people. You are super nice and chill and I think any parent will be stupid not to think that" Nev said then turned his head back to the road. I sighed and pulled my knees into my chest, and placed my chin on my knee cap. I looked out and saw that it started to rain and just looked out my window, slowly closing my eyes as we just drove in a soothing silence.
