After a heavy day of academics and wistful thinking of future life, Kim Tsuki takes a seat down on her favorite ride in a washed-out playground near her house. It takes the shape of a panda and goes up and down when you put pressure on it. 15 years and she still wonders why this particular part of the ground is her all-time spot. Completely washed of the excitement she had for the future (and just for the day), she swings her feet back and forth as she mumbles crazy dreams and hopes in her head.
"Ah, there is nothing I can do that would be fun at all today." She lets out, watching as her feet follow a silent rhythm in the void of trees and grass. Behind her is another ride of the same mechanic, but it takes the form of a polar bear. It looks completely clean and new, compared to the decaying form of the panda she's sitting on. Sighing, she tucks a strand of hair back behind her ear.
"I feel like I'm just rotting away." Tsuki sing-songs, imagining a life where the sunset could lead her to another world; It would be a world of wonder, she'd bet. Nothing interests her of the future's capabilities anymore. She'd rather dissipate.
"If that's the case," A young boy suddenly chuckles and draws near, sitting down on the polar bear parallel to the one Tsuki is sitting on. Back turned to her back, he lets his feet dangle of the ride. Tsuki is surprised.
"then how about tomorrow we go on a date?"
