Chapter 15 : Live With Him Again

The next day in the evening as P'James had said yesterday, he sent Knock to his friend's apartment.

"Knock, I'll pick you up later .." said P'James who was still in his car once Knock was out of the car.

"P'James, you don't have to .." Knock replied.

"Just call me .. I'll be here soon to pick you up .." P'James said.

"Ok .." Knock replied.

"Bye, Sweetie .." said P'James then left.

At the same time, Korn just arrived and he was walking towards the entrance of the apartment.

"Hey, Knock .." Korn said as he saw Knock.

"Korn .." Knock replied.

"What are you doing here?" Korn asked.

"I just want to see my friend .. you?" Knock asked again.

"I have a business that I have to do here .." answered Korn and Knock just nodded.

"Your friend is on which the floor?" asked Korn.

"4th floor .." Knock answered.

"Oh really, it's different from me .. I'm going to the 8th floor .. anyway, let's go in now .." Korn said then they both went in.

It was late night and Knock was standing alone outside the apartment.

"What's he doing?" Knock asked himself while calling P'James.

It's been 6th time Knock telephoned P'James but P'James still hasn't answered Knock's call.

"Hey, Knock .." Korn said from the back who just got out of the apartment.

"Oh, Korn .." Knock replied.

"You haven't been home yet?" Korn asked.

"I'll go home after this .." Knock answered.

"You go home by taxi? Then let me just take you home," Korn said.

"No, it's okay .. P'James will pick me up .." Knock replied.

"Oh, well then .. I go home first .." said Korn then left.

Soon, Korn returned to Knock.

"What's wrong?" Knock asked.

"Nothing .. I just want to make sure you're fine .." Korn replied.

"I'm okay .. there's nothing to worry about .." Knock said.

"You don't want me to accompany you?" asked Korn.

"No thanks," Knock said.

"Well .. I go home first .." said Korn and Knock just nodded.

"Take care .." Korn said while walking away slowly.

"Eer .." Knock replied then Korn left.

Now it's almost 15 minutes Knock is standing alone and this is the 30th time Knock has telephoned P'James but P'James hasn't yet answered to his call.

"Aahh .. how will I go home? I also didn't see a taxi anymore .." Knock said to himself.

Then Knock was walking back to his apartment. Soon he saw Korn standing up leaning against his car on the side of the road.

"Shit .. why he's still not home?" Knock told himself then returned to avoid meeting with Korn but Korn had seen Knock.
