I Dare You-Missing-Part 1

It was November 1st. The sun shone bright in Arcton town even though it was autumn and it was cold outside.

The sun shining bright was nothing more than just a cover up of the truth that was the freezing cold. It felt like a regular day in Arcton town but in fact it wasn't an ordinary day today because something had happened.

Something that involved six teenagers who were close friends. It was a mystery on the making. The Royalties woke up believing that today they were going to go to school and they were going to see each other and have a good time.
Maybe figure out the argument they had last night and get back to their everyday lives of having fun and enjoying High School.

What they didn't know is that today they weren't going to make it school because they will have other obligations that will require a lot of honesty and a lot of detail. They got up and started getting ready for school when they heard the shocking news.

Alexa was the first one to hear about it. She was in her room getting ready when the door knocked.

It was her father Benjamin, and when she was him she just thought he was here to check up on her
"Good Morning dad"
she said and as she looked at him she noticed that he was concerned about something. He looked worried and he didn't even say Good Morning to her. She immediately asked
"Is something wrong?"
Her father looked at her but he didn't know how to say what was on his mind. He actually had to ask her something but from the way Alexa was acting he already knew what the answer was going to be and he feared that Alexa will be terrified after hearing him.

"When was the last time you saw Max, honey?"
Benjamin asked and Alexa randomly said
"Last night at the party, why?". Benjamin thought that she may be hiding something from him so he asked her again
"Are you sure that, that was the last time you saw him?"
Alexa didn't know what was going on but she sensed that something is wrong because her father was acting strange.
"Yes dad, I'm sure. After the party  he went home and I came home with Troyan and Luna." Benjamin believed her and he noticed that she had no idea what was going home.

"Honey Max didn't go home last night." Benjamin said .
Alexa was still in the dark and she didn't what her father was saying.
"What do you mean?"
she asked hoping to get some information. Benjamin said
"His parents just called, he hasn't been home since he left for the party yesterday."
Alexa was confused and she didn't know what to say or how to react.

A lot was going on in her mind as she kept thinking of places he could be , but still not even knowing why he didn't make it home last night. She kept picturing the worst things that could have happened to him. Her heartbeats were racing and her breath was getting more intense.

She got up from her chair and with her voice slightly lower she said "I don't understand.",
she was starting to panic, her hands were shaking and her she could barely stand up. Benjamin noticed that she was completely shocked and terrified so in order to calm her down he said
"There is no need to panic. It's only been a few hours.".
Alexa didn't know what to say to him or what to do at the moment. She said
"I need to go see my friends"  she took her jacked and started walking out the door when her father said
"We need to go at Max's house and talk to his parents"

Alexa couldn't do anything without talking to her friends and asking them for their advice. She needed them, in fact they all needed each other at this time.
"I need to see them first, they need to know what is going on"
she said with a shaky voice but then Benjamin said
"You will see them, they will also be there"
Alexa breathing heavily said "Okay"

They both left the house as soon as possible and they got to the car. While in the car Alexa texted The Royalties in their group chat "Have you heard?"
she waited a little while for someone to text back but then she got an answer from Luna saying "Yes, I'm on my way to Max's house."
Madelin and Vincent also responded after a while both saying that they have also heard that Max didn't go home last night and is not answering his phone.
