Here are some little words that I like and want to memorize:
Pe're = Father (the ['] is the little accent) (Pronounced like pear)
Me're = Mother
Fre're = Brother (Pronounced like fere)
Soeur = Sister (o and e are connected) (Pronounced like seur)
Fils = Son
Fille = Daughter
Mari = Husband
Femme = Wife
Grand-pe're = Grandfather (Grahnd-Pear)
Grand-me're = Grandmother
Petit-fils = Grandson (Peutit-fiss)
Petite-fille = Granddaughter
Cousin = Cousin (Male)
Cousine = Cousin (Female)
Oncule = Uncle
Tante = Aunt
Neveu = Nephew
Nie'ce = Neice
Examples:
