Every idol has to sign a contract, that contract can control someone's life, it's like they basically own them after a few years. Every contract has rules on what you can do or not do.

One of those things you can't do is dating

[Yes, i know some companies don't bann dating but let's just ignore that for now]

So for yanan it was hard for him to balance his life and career.

You guys were secretly dating, hiding it from everyone. Your dating status was complicated. It didn't even feel like you were dating.

At first you were okay with hiding your relationship, but now you're going insane. Missing anniversaries, no dates, no time.

Sighing as you lied on your bed, you watched on your phone as they performed. It has been 3 months since you last date, you were not being needy, you respected his career because you cared for his dream.

Even if it means your dreams were to be crushed. You just want him to be happy.

Throwing your phone to the other side of the bed, you groaned as you buried your head in the arms.

You missed him

His hugs

His smile

His laugh

His presence

As you were thinking you didn't notice that you started crying.

You heared the door close, he must've been back from practice. Quickly wiping your tears away you went to the bathroom and splashed cold water on your face, and dried off.

You went to the living room seeing yanan passed out on the couch. He hasn't been getting much sleep because he was practicing so much for the comeback.

Lying down beside him, you LAYed [im sorry] you head on his chest and sighed. You felt his hands run through your hair, you felt relaxed just being in his arms was enough.

"I'm sorry" he apologized

"Hm? Why are you apologizing?"

"For hiding our relationship, for not being able do go on dates, for forgetting our anniversary, and for not being the best boyfriend" he said sadly

You looked up at him and saw his eyes watering

You hugged him, you heard sniffling. He was crying, that made your heart break.

"No, baby don't cry" you said as you placed your hands on his cheeks and wiped his tears away.

"I'm sorry" he cried more and nuzzled his head in your neck.

"Baby look at me"

No answer

"Yanan" you softly called him

He looks at you

"Never say that your not the best boyfriend ever, you're the sweetest person i have ever met, you always take care of me when im sick. You still call me on your spare time even if it was five minutes. You're the best boyfriend even so never forget that, okay?"

You gave him kisses all over his face. He finally calmed down and said.

"I'm so glad i met you"
